  • thank you, thank you, thank you, for taking the time to record and post these videos!!

    I appreciate it very much.

  • We all know Casey did it, But just cause there was toys and stuff that belong to Caylee that matched her room. Wouldn't Casey take stuff like that to the "nannys" I know when I take my kids to the sitter I always took some of there stuff with them! I don't see how this is a big deal???

  • That's probably what the defense will say.

  • That post was to Kendra070707 about the blanket & toy.

  • different people have different coping mechanisms and sadly this was George's. Having said that I feel tremendous sympathy for both George and Cindy. George has a long road ahead of him in terms of recovery. These people need to heal, and admitting to what they know is true is the first step. Everyone wants to stick by their kids, we love them no matter what, they were in denial you cant blame them for that. Theyve taken their blinders off and are mourning the loss of both Caylee and pbk.

  • Good thing george was hospitalized-that meqns hes getting help-now they have to face FACTS n TRUTH-the more George stays in denial-the longer they lock him up-hes only tring to take a "$indy break"weather $indy beleives it or not-i think its all drama for $indys book/movie deal, nothing would surprise me ☺

  • Maybe George is talking and we just don't get to hear about it until the trial.

  • I pray thats true, i so hope hes getting help-being away from cindy for a bit will help him see the light-i feel like hes mabe so use to being controlled he wants someone to force him to say the truth-like a hospital.mental stay can help him feel safe telling what he knows, i hope so.

  • Sure makes me wonder especially since there is a guard at his door 24/7. Reporters are saying this is so no one takes a picture of him in the hospital. I just don't buy the "reporters" theory on that one at all!

  • Sierra, what's up with the ladder being missing? Does that mean that Caylee might have been in the pool and Casey removed the ladder so Caylee couldn't get out?

  • Cindy claims that on June 16th or 17th when she came home, the ladder was in the pool. Cindy found that strange because the last time Cindy went swimming with Caylee on June 15th, Cindy said she ALWAYS takes the ladder out of the pool. Cindy also claims the gate to the backyard was open also.

  • Yep, & George told the FBI that Cindy called him & got on his case about the ladder & the gate that day. I wonder what that means though. Why use chloroform if you're going to drown somebody in the pool. I don't see how it fits.

  • hang in there george!!

    brighter days to come.

  • ..'joining us from wmdb mark williams'........ why do they bother with this guy???

he never has anything solid to offer!

  • I wonder if by releasing this evidence they are hoping the prosecution askes for a deal of some sort to bypass a trial to save tax payer money? I mean if they have this much proof, whats the point of trying to fight it? Seems silly to try and say ..."It wasn't me" ..at this point? Does anyone else think this is whats being attempted?

  • No. The only reason the evidence is being released is because Florida has a "sunshine law," which says that they have to release any information that's requested. And since the media keeps requesting it, they have to keep releasing it as soon as they finish processing it. Under the law, Casey is still presumed innocent. Even if Baez suggested to her that she take a deal, if she refuses, there's no deal. And I don't think she'll ever confess or take a deal.

  • Thankyou both...I didn't mean to imply Tax Money would be why they might cut a deal. I meant to add saving the money as just a good thought if it ended up not going to trial. Anyway, lmao once you hit post, there's no fixing it. lol

Anyhow, thanks for the info about the Sunshine law I wasn't aware of that. And I wouldn't figure her laywer to be one to cut a deal either, but now? It's gonna be tough to proove her innocent or even reasonable doubt, even unreasonable doubt! lol Oh well we'll see.

  • Baez doesn't have to prove Casey innocent. The defense doesn't have to prove anything. The State has to prove Casey guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. So Baez is going to try & create reasonable doubt in the mind of at least one juror. If Casey confesses to Baez that she's guilty, then Baez has to get her to take a deal because he couldn't try to create reasonable doubt without committing perjury himself. If she doesn't confess, she's presumed innocent until jury renders a guilty verdict.

  • Pisz, thanx for that information. Baez will try to create reasonable doubt in the mind of one juror or he will try to find one "i" not dotted by the prosecution.

  • Meanwhile, the media will make sure every spec of information is released to the public. But I did learn today that they don't always record the prison visits, they only did that in Casey's case when her family visited because law enforcement requested it.

  • Every single jail house visit phone call is recorded whether in jail or in prison. It states it right on the wall. The only thing that is not always done is everyone's phone calls being released to the public. The average Joe is not of interest, but there are some people's calls of interest. When Hulk Hogan visited his son in jail, they released his phone calls to the media. We never heard Scott Peterson's calls probably advised not to do it as well as so many others.

  • Hi, Sierra1947, I think it was yesterday that I watched one of these videos about the Anthony case, & they said that every jail house visit & phone call is on video, but they don't always hit the record button. They were saying that they only hit the record button when law enforcement requests it. They said maybe the Anthonys could get to visit Casey & have them agree not to record the video. Maybe the journalists got their facts wrong, but that's what they said.

  • What video was that? As far as I can remember back, all jailhouse calls are recorded. They may not ALL be listened to, but they are recorded. The Anthony might want to try and get the jail to not record something, but chances of that happening are zero to none.

  • I watched about 10 videos so I'm racking my brains to remember if it was a news video, Greta, or Nancy, & I can't recall right now. I'm also wondering if it was yesterday or day before. But I'll keep thinking about it until I remember something that will help me dig it up.

  • If something triggers which show it was send it on to me. I have such problems with what the shows report because they go on what their thoughts are rather then FACT!

  • It probably wasn't on Nancy because you would have seen it. If it wasn't yesterday, it was the day when the story first broke about the Anthonys wanting a private visit w/ Casey. And they were saying that even if they can't get a private visit, maybe they could get them not to record it because they're not all recorded, but only recorded at the request of law enforcement. I thought that makes sense because it would take tons of tape to keep all those visits & phone conversations on record.

  • This would be interesting to find out if they really don't do this, but again, if the video comes to mind, I would love to review it! :)

  • I found it! It's one of veilanna's videos. The title is: Parents Seek Private Meeting With Casey Anthony. It has a photo of Casey talking on the jail phone with her parents. It's a local 6 newscast. Go to 1:50, that's where he talks about the fact that they don't usually record. If you can't find it, let me know, & I'll put it in my favorites to you can get it there.

  • Okay, I'll try to send it, but I think you have friend lock so don't know if it will go through.

  • I just added you as a friend so try and send it again. Thank you.

  • Thanks! ;) I just sent it again. I'll put it in my favorites now also, just in case you don't get it. It'll be the first favorite video.

  • I found the video and heard what the reporter said .... I'd like to hear the follow-up on that statement. Thanks so much for finding that video. I know what a pain it is to search for things like this. :)

  • LOL No problem. I got lucky this time. It popped out at me.

  • Thanks again! :)

  • Before I would have said that Baez would have fought it, but now I don't know. Taxpayers dollars won't have anything to do with whether or not it goes to trial though. That's not a reason for cutting a deal.

  • No deal will ever be made at this point. She had a deal on the table and let it fall to the floor, At this point the State wants this trial.

  • That would be good, in my opinion, because if she took the deal. If they prove her guilty in a court of law there will be no question as to whether she is innocent or guilty. If she took a deal offered she could still claim she was innocent.
