a good contioner(alcohol free) that also says that it helps with breakage and strengthens hair. Try not to use so many styling products. And very very little heat. Trim your ends every 2 to 3 months. That is VERY important. Also a good multivitamin that you take daily could give you the right vitamins to strenghthen the hair and prevent breakage. Well your video is like a year old but hope your hair has repaired by now and hope i helped somewhat lol :)
@Yeooism that helped alot, i looked back and seen how bad my hair was, but its ALOT healthier since then, i used hair mayo and switched up shampoo's and conditioners, and i changed my whole hair care routine, i wash it every week and take care of it better. its strong now :) but i might wanna try the egg, honey, and oil. how did you make the mixture ?
Since your hair is damaged, you should cut your hair. That's the only way to repair the hair and grow healthy hair. That's great that you are confident either way but perming your hair damages it too. I'm not sure what to do about damage Just cut it, not harsh chemicals and if you do have a chemical such as perm then don't dye your hair that's waay too many chemicals. Try protective hair serums to protect from wetather cos it seals the hair shaft. Find a good shampoo (sulfate free) and
i hear that egg, honey, and olive oil mixtures work really well. i tried it once cuz my hair is damaged really bad too and it did a pretty good job! thats a natural mixture but if you can afford it you can buy an expensive product but i know i cant afford it so i just use the egg treatment goodluck!
Scissors-are they hair shears? Are they new? Our scissors get dull and cause split ends to become even worse. Are you shedding hair? Is it breaking from the root or is it splitting? Is it over processed? You can get some great info on youtube from - Keep it Simple Sista or Hairlista if you do not choose to see a professional consultant.
@mixedwithcinnamon the scissors cut really well and it is just splitting. idk if it is over processed. i believe ii do use too much heat but I dont blow dry my hair i always air dry. sometimes I shed only if I been outside for a while.
