@UraeusAnkhAmon no. the sound. only the eurostar does it. not the wheels or the wind or the doppler effect. its like a motor sound and its heard when every coach passes
@rachaelmatt Amtrak cant do more than their FRA speed limit of 79mph outside of Amtrak controlled areas. sooo if they are late they probably wont make it up.
@suncoolclose Mainly because of the jucntions around the station. And also its really not far out of st pancras. 143 is pretty fast considering the train is a quarter of a mile long

@xpressLOLzilla A javlin would probably only do 126mph. Thats how fast they go in normal service, unless they're late then it was reach 140mph!
