it's true fats are very important in your diet. Prefer natural fats like olive oil, avocados, and maybe some nuts. Also i personally use dairy fats like yogurt and cheese.

ESSENTIAL fatty acids and ESSENTIAL amino acids...this is pretty much common sense guys; everyone wants to get huge, but no one wants to go through the humiliation and pain of gaining 8% extra bodyfat
That's why I have most of my saturated fats in the morning and meal right before the workout. That way it transports all the morning supplements I take (multi-vitamin) it's extremely anti-catabolic..provides more calories and energy to burn that carbs don't do alone for the workout.

Listening to the radio I just heard a "science reporter" state that beef is bad cos of saturated fat.
1. Over half the fat in beef is unsaturated -- the same fat as in olive oil
2. There is no clinical evidence that saturated fat is bad for us, , anyway!
3. There is no clinical evidence that saturated fat causes high cholesterol, , anyway!
4. There is no clinical evidence that high cholesterol causes heart problems, anyway!

I'm so embarrassed I used to buy into the whole lipid hypothesis of saturated fats being bad for you.
Thank God that I was only 17 and only bought into that for less than a year. I'm 18 and I seem like I know a lot more since then. lol
