Tech isn't really underground, but he isn't mainstream either. He created his own fame from scratch by producing his own music with his own production company (Strange Music). The fact that he was able to achieve what he did without any major labels proves that he in deed is THE ONLY one that can master this game. He has style, he has a banging flow, and raps from the heart unlike any other rapper I've ever heard. TECH N9NA'S FOR LIFE!

He also makes many refferences to the industry in at least half of his songs. I think he is better of remaining indepedent cause I feel like a major label would ruin his originality , besides "StrangeMUSIC" is really starting to pick up and is signing some great artists.
