Ooh that takes me back, we went up to london, I think for the 5th aniversary of the Clash (1982?), we visited the Marquee just to say we had been there and walked into a Meteors gig. What a night we had, it was amazing. Saw them a few times after nand even when they supported the Cramps at Birmingham, even named my dog "Zorch"

Saw them a lot in my youth back in the 80's (Old 5 Bells - Npton). Kickass band. Got sparked out in my first ever wrek with a right old crack to the back of the head lol, didn't last ten seconds in there. Saw them in Bristol about 5 years ago and Fenech walked off stage and fucked off because there was only about twenty ppl turned up. What a C%*$!!!

Nigel Lewis was the joint lead singer early on, then he left to form The Tall Boys. The Meteors were far better WITH Lewis. This piece of footage would be around the time they recorded their first album "In Heaven" their best by far.
