  • that was sick

  • 7000 unsold tickets is not good for gridirons chances of growing in the UK I am afraid.

  • well considering this year all tickets are sold, and the sport is growing with more coverage on t.v, more information and possibly 2 games held at wembley.

  • They have not sold any tickets as they are not on sale yet. Gridiron had its chance in NFL Europe and blew it. All the gridiron team owners are selling up to buy football teams in Europe I am afraid.

  • actually pal, i already ordered my tickets and got 5, these guys got there tickets and my mate has got his, so they must be on sale and are not on sale because they have sold out.

as for nfl in europe, it is very popular and thousands come over from europe to watch the game in london.

  • NFL europe went bust not sure how that means its popular. You said the match had sold out now you say they are selling tickets.

Steroids and hype thats all gridiron is. A girls version of rugby.

  • i didnt say anything about nfl europe going bust, i just said it was nfl was popular in europe.

what i meant was the tickets were on sale and have sold out earlier in the year.

if i recall correctly werent 3 rugby union players suspended for performance enhancement drugs, i dont remember the last time any nfl player was suspended for drugs.

  • The gridiron tickets are still on sale, they have NOT sold out and never do. Gridiron is not growing, NFL europe went bust.

  • oh my mistake, they a near to selling out. i am aware nfl europe went bust, but you are wrong nfl is growing ever so slightly in the uk.

  • Superbowl audience 1989 UK...1.5 million. Super bowl 09 UK audience...less than 120,000 and thus did not even register. I am sorry but denial is not a river in Egypt.

  • @sammyhfc2k8 I live in London and I would know if nfl is getting more popular. And it DEFINITELY is not. People often make fun of the nfl saying that america are hopeless because all there sports fail. Is nfl popular in any country outside of the U.S??? NO. Football, cricket and rugby, all english sports, are played nearly worldwide. The most popular being football (soccer). NFL is not getting popular in the UK
