The tornado siren went off, and I stepped out to the garage, and could not believe what I was seeing. There was literally flashes of lightening every 2 seconds. The clouds looked very scary too. I remember the second round of storms too seen in this video. After that, we didn't have another storm for a month.
I love storms. I hope for good ones. It's already January 24th, and I'm looking froward to when storms will be back. The only time I would be a little scared would be if I was far from home when the sirens went off. Other than that, I would enjoy it umless it was a twister or something. But if I was in the car passing by a siren when it goes off for a tornado warning, that might be cool, despite the loudness. But if i saw something really menacing, I would take cover in the closest place.

Friends of mine were at the Cubs game. The game was delayed once already, but when this storm hit, they called the rest of the game off. People that were still at the game had to take shelter because of a nearby tornado warning. It was a pretty powerful storm.

We got hit in Aurora around 6:45 pm.
the winds were scary and the rain was just pouring down with heavy lightining and thunder.

Friends of mine were at the Cubs game. The game was delayed once already, but when this storm hit, they called the rest of the game off. People that were still at the game had to take shelter because of a nearby tornado warning. It was a pretty powerful storm.
