In this episode, there's one minor plot hole that I noticed: that American Mr. Hamilton said he wanted something hot to eat before entering dining room and then goes straight for a Waldorf Salad without saying he changed his mind.
I have to say, this was the least interesting of the episodes mainly because there is a huge absence of Polly and Manuel and there isn't as much pysical comedy. But Basel's speech at the end totally makes up for it. Definitely sums up his character right there.
Actually, the 'American' that everybody clearly loves hating is the late, great Canadian actor Bruce Boa who was a good friend of John Cleese.Classic episode.
Major's nodding the whole time, XD

You may recognize the actor, Bruce Boa, playing the American, from a small part in "The Empire Strikes Back."

MrMatt6710 11 months ago
@MrMatt6710 ITS CELERY, APPLES, WALNUTS, GRAPES IN MAYONAISE. and NO CHEESE.
Have you ever tried a Ritz salad, traditional old english thing. Apples,Grapefruit and Potatoes in mayonaise

@bryemycaz Can't say I have. Thanks for that anyway. The Waldorf sounds nice... Maybe the chef is out of celery though?
