That's exaclty the moronic attitude of American cops, from what I've noticed. Detain someone wrongfully and then charge him with resisting arrest. Wouldn't you resist arrest if you were 100% sure you did nothing wrong? God damn imbeciles, I'm glad I don't live in the US, the country you can get arrested in for laughing on a bus. >_>

@hjfu12 The truth at the matter is that even the cop knew he had nothing on the guy, as he hasn't done anything wrong, so he just backed off in the end. Cops are meant to be cops dude, not fucking cowboys arresting folks for laughing or looking at them the wrong way, instead of taking care of real criminals. So spare me, there are way too many movies on youtube depicting reprehensible police behavior.

@MRMAG357 exactly, theres no reason why people shouldnt be able to physically assault their own children to the degree of their choosing. I dont know about you guys, but i didnt knock up some chick at age 20 and then have 2 unexpected kids that i couldnt handle taking care of just so i could get told not to hit them in the face with a belt when they dont do their chores.
