When you first get a "rush", your still conscience and able to do what you normally do, no matter how much of a dose. As to the neat box, the needle that was used was taken as evidence, and there were several needle/spoons in that same box. I've seen heroin addicts come and go. If you've ever researched Layne Staley's death, much of this is the same.
You just completely blew off the fact that he had to take the needle from his arm and put it in a cigar box a few feet away along with the rest of the paraphernalia. Then throw in rolling down his sleeves, Picking up a heavy shotgun, pulling the trigger (which would have been difficult to do even sober), and then to top it off you didn't make any comment one why no fingerprints were on the gun, suicide note, or pen.

Since he used one syringe, it takes a handful of seconds to get a full effect (believe me, I know). He could have EASILY pulled the trigger. When the body was found his heroin needle and paraphernalia was neatly put in place in a cigar box a few feet away from the body. His sleeves were rolled down (which would have been up if he was just shooting up heroin).

When you first get a "rush", your still conscience and able to do what you normally do, no matter how much of a dose. As to the neat box, the needle that was used was taken as evidence, and there were several needle/spoons in that same box. I've seen heroin addicts come and go. If you've ever researched Layne Staley's death, much of this is the same.

You just completely blew off the fact that he had to take the needle from his arm and put it in a cigar box a few feet away along with the rest of the paraphernalia. That alone would take a "handful of seconds." Then throw in rolling down his sleeves, Picking up a heavy shotgun, pulling the trigger (which would have been difficult to do even sober), and then to top it off you didn't make any comment one why no fingerprints were on the gun, suicide note, or pen.

I simply added the word "heavy" in as an adjective to add to the notion that it wasn't just as simple as picking a gun up and blowing your head off. And yes fingerprints are ALWAYS left on pieces of paper. I literally just put my finger down on a piece of paper in front of me and if i tilt it right in the light i can see the mark. (comment 1/2)

So then he goes to a rehab, and fails to get clean. It wasn't his choice, withdrawals are more powerful than feelings. A drug addict with no hope, whose got all of this media and family pressure. Kurt was a jerk ever since his adiction, and ever since the Australia shows, life was being drained. Why shouldn't he kill himself?

@Raptorfy (comment 2/2) moving on to the pen. The pen had no finger prints on it. The first 3/4 of the note was in fact written by Kurt but it did not mention suicide or even hint to suicide. The last few sentences are the only thing that even hint to suicide and these sentences have been questioned by many different hand writing experts who say it is not Kurt's handwriting. The pen had no fingerprints on it. Part of the note was written by someone else. Put 2 and 2 together.

i don't know if the kudos goes to the production of the tv show, or pat's gear/playing, but holy shit, after the bridge and kurt's scream, the guitar sound is abrasive. still sounds like two rhythm guitar tracks practically.
i'll never get tired of the few performances that have surfaced from this. rock music at it's finest, i'd say.
