Which sauna is better, sunlight saunas or West Coast Saunas?

Not sure what the quality of these saunas is. I've now waited over a month and been told several times I need to arrange to be home on a certain day only to hear there is a problem at the last minute, or in one case they didn't even bother to call, still waiting. At minimum do not count on these folks for good customer service.
