all i no that is where im from in northern ontario, nobody in their right mind would fish for walleye in more than like 30 feet at the most and its usually more like 15-20 and it just so happens that we also have one of the greatest walleye areas in the world......where r u from and what kinda lakes do u fish?...im not saying you dont catch lots but i just wanna know where they are active at that depth

No, you're the idiot. They purposely avoided fishing that deep because they were catch and releasing. If you bring a fish up that far that fast it will almost always die even if you get it back in the water quickly. They enjoy the sport and don't want to ruin it for others. Did you graduate 8th grade?

@roadblock80 hahaha that's funny dude. I'm from Minnesota and I agree Canada is the place to catch Trophy fish. You can drop a bare hook in the water and reel em' up. USA has been grossly over fished.

@JTAThoren I agree with your comment. It's sad when I can cast half way out in a river or a nice size lake and there is nothing but blue gill. Nobody practices catch and release anymore and they take fish home way under the limit.

walleye get the benz if taken from deep waters 20 feet or more if reeled in fast to catch a walleye at 40-120ft in depth that would be interesting is it possible? they spotted em at 120 but could they catch em? icant catch em in depths past 40 who can?!!

i cant.....im usually at about 9-16 feet......on average
