Well Wikipedia is good for episode guides. It has all episode aired so far and includes a synopsis as well as director and guest stars for each episode. Just go to en,wikipedia,org/wiki/list_of_­scrubs_episodes (replacing the commas with dots)

And I think all song titles and artists can be found at scrubs,mopnt,com under the music section. But you will need to know the season and episode.
