I was at that game..it was my first and yet only NHL game and it was so lame (at least the Rangers were) so the "sloppy seconds" chant and the guy behind me, picking on Kalinin the whole time, were my only highlights. I have been to the Rock before and I have seen more Flyers fans there than Devils fans and this was during a Playoff game. Your defense isn't very good, it is young, but that doesn't mean they are good. It's not bias to say the Devils have a brighter future, besides the question mark in net. Fact is that Parise and Kovalchuk are ultimately a better tandem than Gaborik, and Zajac should be added to the talented group from before, your a bum.

Our defense, currently with Staal AND Sauer, will feature those 2, along with McDonagh and Girardi, and they will grow together. The Devils don't have the better future because there are much too many question marks, Parise being the biggest. Your team is on a downward trend. We're on an upward trend. I was at that game..it was my first and yet only NHL game and it was so lame (at least the Rangers were) so the "sloppy seconds" chant and the guy behind me, picking on Kalinin the whole time, were my only highlights. I didn't even realize they stopped selling beer, I just had one and was horrified by the ridiculous price.
