I can tell from this video that you're an amazing dad, and genuinely concerned with people being sure they're getting their 5 a day at least. There aren't many people like you left, sadly. beautiful familly man ,great to see what your doing its important to eat good foods odviously but to make it something the familly takes responsibility for is a great thing . i do think that our diet on earth really was meant to be wild foods and water from natural springs , alot of the fruit and veg we have today has been gm'd from wild foods making them more docile but not to put a dampener on your vid most people dont feed there kids hardly enough fruit let alone get there kids involved .

and try pepper with the strawberrys, you'll be suprised.it will fool you brain into thinking its gonna taste crap,but......you'll see...
