@tdp1nk As I wrote some time ago: It's a game called Spore. I made the horse and some of the other creatures I uploaded here with the Spore Creature Creator. It is a part of the game published some time before the actual game came out. Just google for Spore, you can download a trial of Spore Creature Creature on their site.

@RocketTheUmbreon I didn't use the trial version, back then when I did all the creatures I bought the Spore Creature Creator in a shop. So it's possible that my version has more stuff. But I think today the Creature Creator you can buy is much more expensive than the game itself. And as far as I know the creator is part of the game.

The sound a creature makes depends on the mouth or beak you choose. That's the only way to affect the sound as far as I know.
