My grandpa and my old neighbor were Freemasons. I don't really have the interest to be one myself but they aren't cultists or anything and they aren't behind any conspiracy. The Freemasons are good people who accept members of all religions. They really only want to do good. Anytime there's a fellowship that wants to keep what happens private, everyone's imagination goes nuts. D= They just want to keep their business to themselves is all. By the way, this is good music. Mozart is my favorite. =D

You may wish to look at SBC's site, and the "Apologetics" page, and see what they have to say about the Masons and numerous other Christians who are not Baptists. I personally think the Masonic message that the Order promotes virtues civilized people hold irrespective of sectarian creed is more needed now than ever.

Yes, it is possible, but Freemasonry is NOT a religion. It is a philosophy, with its roots firmly established in moralist teachings of the Old and New testament. Space does not permit further discussion, however there are plenty of published matter available. Remember also some of the worlds great cathedrals were built by Masons, and if you search you will find the MARK etched in the building. In the meantime enjoy Mozart, whose music has made its MARK world wide.

Whoever conducts this should check up on the meaning of "festlich", which means "festive", and not "dry and academic". I find this performance rather dismal and a disgrace to Mozart and, I guess, the librettist. The conductor is probably one of those old-music-jerks who have to compensate their lack of musical horniness with excessive "correctness", which makes the music, as I said, dry and academic. Pity.

Freemasonry is not a cosmetics or jeans brand that needs to use important figures for publicity so sales can go well.
You'd be surprised how many notorious personalities were Freemasons, besides Mozart.
Read some of Mozart's detailed biographies and you will see what a big part in his life Freemasonry has represented

you are telling about a biography, which in essence is manipulable
that is exactly what surprises me about the freemasons...every great historic personality seems to have been a freemason...they are trying to tell us that they are brilliant, socially successful, and GOOD..it is nothing but deception, freemasons do politics, not music
