Its a shame that she dies at the joining...wanted a second round of my girls-only-team...dammit.Alway­s if i play a female char in a rpg with teams,companions i create the girls-only-team or my own little harem...now i have to take Justice in the team because he doesnt count as a male anymore ... for me.

i don't get why they made Mhairi seem like an important character.

Like, you can raise her Like or Dislike of your and level her up, and giving her a Reveal trailer, but she already dies in the fucking beginning

@Gogeta1254 for the most part yes, unless it's dlc like warden's keep or return to ostagar, then they either lose their effects unless you mod, or you lose the armor/weapons altogether.

the expansion ok had new spells but those were up to lvl 30 you practically complete the game at lvl 22 all the time and the expansion only takes 4 hours to complete its to short the heroes suck :( no point in new weps and armor when your given amazin ones at start i hope dragonage 2 will be amazing

@wenzilber justice is a tank and u can reset ogren for tanking like i did my rogue is melee dps guy mage as heal and other mage for damage

@Demonist1 Awakening is more like a punctuation to the main game, I think. It isn't so much a proper journey unto itself, it's just cleaning up the loose ends of the Blight.

I have a life you know, but I don't want to waste the little time I play to stupid shit like this. Games are like movies to me, I don't want to see a sucky or clichéd movies like Avatar (aka Pocahontas) etc. I want to enjoy the movie - as I want to enjoy the game.

@Demonist1 This is of course only my opinion, I don't enjoy games that concentrate on improving stats and new equipment/spells (for instance WoW), if there's no continuous reason/story behind it - Story's what makes game complete and seperates it from arcade shooter games.

It's funny how they pretended Mhairi would be a party member, when it's obvious she dies, 'cause she wears her helmet in the cutscenes and has no background on her character picture. Simple way to spot the temporaries.

definitely worth it you can put about 50-60 hours into the story is exciting and fast the whole way through it's extremely hard to put down.

Origins was around 40-50 hours (ALOT more if you delve deeper into it, plus DLC etc), whilst you can 100% complete Awakenings in about 20.

Compared to most games of the price it is alot better, but compared to the original it's full, same price isn't warranted.

@Jakmehauf only if you enjoyed dragon age/really want to continue your character. It's fun. Just, for the content you're getting for it I would wait till it's a beat cheaper.

But, as I said, you really enjoyed Dragon Age/Fancy continuing progressing your character i would get it.

Stupidity of not able to save Mihairi brings lack of tank at begining of Awakening unless main character is tank....I really hate that ...Only way is to go straight to Blackmarsh and recruit Justice but if we do that than Sigrun or Valena wouldn't be able to recive joining ritual or give time to build approval and do personal quest, but still lack of tank is greatest issue and its really stupid to respecc Oghren since he is master Berserker in original DaO.WTH were Bioware thinkig?

hi, i am mage tank, arcane something, and i play on nightmare. the one who can tank is me and the male dwarf. controled heal on 1 target.or 2 is good at least.i want to tank put in arcane form it consumes alot of mana and in nightmare dmg that i do to the enemyes with spell afect my team aswell. so cant use aoe like aoe fire ones. the best tactic that i got is grease and firespell,it burns the ground and my team stays in the fire. i take 0 dmg butwith aoe healing aura on is ok
