@malekith87 The bay stallion's tail is not actually short - it is plaited and tied up. Sometimes this is done in competition driving to keep the tail out the way; as this pony was used for showing, we wanted to keep his tail as clean and full as possible as well! Tying their tails up also allows us to better watch their action behind - for example we can easily check whether horses are brushing, or keep an eye on any boots they might be wearing to ensure they do not slip.
@CrimsonInHumanBlood Thanks for your comment - however this pony was trained to cope with the sheets. When he first came he was not very confident, but after we broke him to harness we are showing here that he has the confidence to face such a loud hazard. It can take weeks to train them to this standard, but we believe it is better that the horse is safe, happy and confident in any sphere of harness work.
@slapurmommaz Yes he is a Welsh Section A. He was previously used for showing in-hand and stud services, then his owners sent him to us to break to drive.
Yes that is what we do for a living! If you go to our website you can find out more information on our services, or visit our Youtube channel (click on the little logo underneath the title of this video at the top of the screen) to see more videos of some of the horses and ponies we have trained.
