Since 2009 the DPRK (North Korea) withdrew from the armistice (they suspect South Korea from torpedoing one of their ships). They still were in war with each other, but real peace seems farther then ever now.

Of course the United States was not the only country. The South Koreans have many allies, some do more then others due to their own reasons and politics. Many countries that helped in minor ways and other in major ways.

I think they just have the Olympics, but I'm not 100% sure. I don't think they have a competition where they only play against each other, if that's what you mean. There's still very little communication between the two countries. It's pretty tense. Hopefully that will change someday soon.

Since 2009 the DPRK (North Korea) withdrew from the armistice (they suspect South Korea from torpedoing one of their ships). They still were in war with each other, but real peace seems farther then ever now.

I think they just have the Olympics, but I'm not 100% sure. I don't think they have a competition where they only play against each other, if that's what you mean. There's still very little communication between the two countries. It's pretty tense. Hopefully that will change someday soon.
