People ask why there is no engine, transmission and exhaust system on the truck. The truck ends up in a waterway. All three of those items would add pollution to that waterway. You'll most likely find there was no fuel tank either. It's called being environmental responsible.

@BaybeeDoll84 hurricane force winds are actually not that strong. about 100 km/hr range sustained at worst. what makes the hurricane do soo much damage is wind hitting from different directions at a good speed. A category 5 hurricane is less than half the full thrust of those 4 engines on the 747.
