  • The Rich and Elites have different rules.

  • doesn't an act of fraud make a contract null and void..?

  • ABSOLUTE FRAUD. Problem is, it doesnt get you out of the obligation. You can use it to sue and get a stop action on your forclosure, but ultimately the lender will win. The courts were at first confused, then owners started getting minor wins, then the courts started siding with the lenders. OF COURSE THEY HAVE TO or the system would collapse. If MERS was involved in your loan, you can DELAY your foreclosure but you WILL end up having to pay or lose the home. NOBODY has won a free home.

  • @dogassedugly you might be able to especially if its still empty. Not to mention you can sue the lender in the first place a show illegal securitization over all.So that will help you get the place back.

  • They have just committed a felony crime. Grand theft.

  • I will be owning that fucking place by the time Im done with him

  • Terrible businessmen. Dangerous businessmen to steal property without giving the millions to the property owner. A modification is not enough.

  • We are under foreign (alien) occupation. There is no Constitution. There are no courts. There are no laws. There is no money. Everything you perceive as real is complete fiction and we're born into this system without our consent and are inculcated almost from birth to 'pledge allegiance' to this occupation. If you don't believe me you are a moron. The policies are designed to protect the wealthy elites. The ruling class who has usurped the value producers, the true creditors of America.

  • @AceOfHeart2012

    Agree. Amen to that.

  • "American Dream" was never designed for EVERYONE to achieve and enjoy. I am Very Agree with that statement. If these was Fraud.Then. THe Government should pay for all the Pain and suffering of every Family. Give them back their houses and a Big Fat check for a few millions of dollars. And don't forget to put them in Jail.Make an example out of them. Amen.

  • And they wonder why some distressed homeowners trash their homes before leaving. I don't condone vandalism. However, I do understand how someone who has "crossed their T's and dotted their I's" could resort to that behavior. It is becoming apparent to me that the "American Dream" was never designed for EVERYONE to achieve and enjoy.

  • The American Dream is, like any idea, subject to the Creator's and sustainer's faith in it.

When people lose their hope and forget their purpose, their dream dies.

America is losing it's dream. People need to stand up and say No. It's time to learn our real history and Law, in inherent rights. WE ARE GOVERNED THROUGH CONSENT.

Read your Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights (the Constitution is a charter for our government; the Bill of Rights is for us)

  • some very informed & accurate points.

  • Alan: Where were the MERS-packaged mortgages going? STRAIGHT to SAUDI ARABIA for Oil, Bribes, and Bombs! U.S. property has been SOLD OUT the past 10 years - for BURNED-UP GASOLINE! And NOW? The Fed doesn't dare print more dollars - 'cause they go straight to China & bounce back to BUY UP THE FORCLOSED HOMES! Greatest MISMANAGEMENT in the HISTORY OF HUMANITY! If only they had set out to build FUEL-LESS CARS 10 years ago - instead of leaving it for the Chinese to do!!!

  • The law says your "ORIGINAL SIGNATURE" mortgage note MUST be co-located at the same bank currently financing the loan. A "copy" of the original note will not suffice, just as a "copy" of a dollar bill does not equal a dollar. If your mortage company cannot locate your original signed document ("wet ink" signature) they can be sued for the mortgage amount +3 times that amount. If your mortgage is in MERS, the original most likely is lost. DO NOT RE-FINANCE: It gives them a "new" signature.
