I love your videos guys, actually I watch them all the time but they will be a lot better if you cut out the 'basicallys' and 'sort ofs' from your introductions. Also try saying 'we're training in the peaks' as opposed to 'what we doing today Danny?' 'Peaks training.' Just my opinion. Keep the love. See you tomorrow.
