You need to bring more serious energy to the vocals - and the guitar needs some different strumming - since you are solo, you need to strum differently than Dave , who has a big band in back of him. Selective strumming, like longs strums at times, or a few short ones,breaks up the rythmn, adds interest. Its just not the same strum rythmn. Mix it up - I enjoyed it greatly. Mark Great job

To answer finkyfeke: Yes, it is a great song! And Carol did a great job. I've heard a recorded version (also sung by a female) on an "acoustic tribute" to DMB that was virtually same version as Carol did here. Sure she had some trouble with this song...so does Dave. Extremely difficult song to perform. Why so critical!
