Hi, I'm thinking about going on this same AFS trip. Can you offer any advice on how to raise the money for tuition? How was the language program? Did you get to travel a lot?
@623Radio Im sorry but i didnt raise money for my tuition so i wouldn't know :/
But the language program was fantastic! I went not knowing an ounce of japanese and i can read hiragana and katakana and even have conversations now! :D The program sends you to one city where you will spend all of your time in unless your host family takes you places
@Aquakia thanks! oh, so did you get a scholarship? or something else? I'm glad to hear that you can learn Japanese :) My family is Japanese, but my mom couldn't really teach me when I was younger. Thanks for all of the help!
