@xdlugia1 the Shoal Cave's water depth is dependent on your battery. If your battery dries up (or if you're using an emulator that doesn't have a proper battery simulator) the tide gets stuck either up or down, making half of the items in the cave unreachable.

tl;dr It makes time-based events broken, causing half of shoal cave to be unreachable
