  • Whom else can take a good song, get it rolling, dump the clutch, smoke the tires, slam on the brakes, turn it inside out, twist the beat, take an egg beater to the lyrics, throw in some poetry, a good dose of harmony, a horn or 2, great drumworks, fancy but simple guitar toss it in a blender and come out with some of the finest music of the '60's and '70's? This and say "Dangling Conversation" , "Hazey Shade of Winter" etc.! They could take a poem, put it through a schredder and have a hit!

  • @Mr57Henry My sentiments exactly --- I had this prose in my head today -- Have you had a busy day? and then i knew I had to hear this great song once again. . .. . great stuff - I am sure that many could and would benefit from this music - as have I!

  • cord progression is kind of insane, but a good song

  • My all-time favorite S&G song--no doubt because it came out of The Greatest Year, 1967, and so wonderfully captured and reflected that glorious time.

  • Hard for me to say what the top ten would be for S&G, there are so many to chose from. But this is certainly one of the top ones.

  • #101 best songs of the 60s,simon and garfunkle faking it

  • Very groovy!

  • alright!
