I completely disagree with this man stating ace combat is outdated . I still can play any of the old ace combat games with 5 being the best. and still not only enjoy it but get caught up in the game. i have not played assault horizon yet but from what i have heard its not that great. Il just plug in ace combat 5 6 and 4 and play them instead

@TheFan630 I'm still hoping they do AC7 AND Assault Horizon 2. Both styles of gameplay are great fun. Although an Assault Horizon sequel will need a LOT of improvement before I'd call it a truly great game... still good, still better than the travesty that was HAWX, but not great.

This game changed alot from the other Ace combats, there trying to adapt to a new gaming market and draw in new crowds. Personnally i thought this game didnt compare to AC 4,5 or 0. But i understand that they are trying to change up the game. I have high hopes that this game will draw more people to Ace Combat and we can see a better addition to the series after this.

@mirceagone2 Congratulations, you're provably an idiot. Assault Horizon isn't as much better than HAWX as it should have been, and could use a LOT of work, but the ENTIRE rest of the Ace Combat series are better than it, and it's still WAY better than HAWX even looks as a concept.

@69lol69 To be fair, you're in the wrong genre for that. If you are looking for realistic games, look no further than the flight sim genre. If you are looking for world war I era stuff, I recommend Rise of Flight. If WWII is more up your alley, go for Il-2 Sturmovik, or Il-2 Cliffs of Dover if your computer is top of the line. If you are looking for a modern day flight sim, look no further than DCS: Black Shark or A-10C. People complain about realism, but don't play sims. Strange.

I hate this game the close quarters is basically the only way to shoot down an aircraft, attack helicopter controls are so shit it's like yur not even flying it same with the bombers, they should of done the same improved engine but with a different theater , ie ww2 vietnam, or Iraq but japaenense have to make the game as unrealistic as possible

A million? Heh, id respect this figure more if their were more than 30 ppl playing this game nonlinear at a time. A million ppl may have bought it, but I'm sure 900k of them didn't like it.

They blew their budget on EXCELENT story, voice talent and animation, but the gameplay is LAME and as unfinished as possible.

P.s. zero sucked almost as much as this, try 4 and 5. WAY better

Dog fight and ga mode are a JOKE. It takes the best part of the game out of the game.

it's as if they hand you kills without you trying, and your enemy can do it too.

Forced death is never fun.
