the dosage rate is between 0.3 to 0.5 grams per liter, so multiply 20 gallons by 3.785 L to a US Gal=76L X 0.3 grams=23 grams for your reservoir to give at a the lower dosage rate.
hey erik im a bit confused on how to apply the bud blood...im in flowering but right now im feeding benificial microbe tea so the roots can take in as much nutrients as possible but can i mix this bud blood with the tea or will it kill off any benificals in the tea? just switched to flowering and ur vid said that it can ONLY be used in the first week of flowering please help! i am growing in soil with both organic and chemical fertilizers
bud bud is typically applied in the first week of flowering, perhaps the first two weeks with longer flowering strains. Once you dilute your tea into the solution with bud blood, the bud blood should not hurt the tea, especially if you are applying right away. hydro-organic is a good method because the goal is to combine the best of everything. Conni and Nirvana is a dynamite combo for example.
Thanks for all the great info. I am using all the products on the 100% Organic Grow chart on the AN site. Are there any other organic additives I can use that are not yet on the chart? also can I mix Synthetic boosters and additives with my Organic mix or can I mix in seperate containers and feed to the same crop with out damage to the formulas or crop?
Nirvana may not be on the chart, and it happens to be one of my favourite AN products....its quite organic too!
I mix synthetics with the organics...the results have been phenomenal...actually a lot of the "synthetics" from AN contain a lot of bio-active ingredients, not just simple NPK ferts....check out Bud Candy; your plants will thank you for it!

yes, it has been released. any authorized Advanced Nutrients retailer should be able to get it for you. it sells fast, although the factory makes lots! there are lots of updates underway, and should hopefully be reflected in the AN website soon.
ok Im confused a little bit. I thought that in another one of your videos you said that bud blood should be used 1 week before you set lights at 12 and 12 to kickstart flowering.... I could have possibly got this information somewhere else and not from you- i dont mean to misquote you if I am... Please set me straight!
some growers apply Bud Blood just before the onset of flowering, typically in soil grows. However, for most applications, Bud Blood should be applied during the first week of flowering.
BTW, AN is soon to release "Bud Ignitor"...it's going to replace Bud Blood...it will do an even better job of triggering a faster and stronger flowering response..Hydroponics Secrets will discuss it further, as it becomes available. Thanks for checking the channel out!
Bud Blood kickstarts flowering in my plants like no other product. It's especially effective, when followed by Big Bud and Overdrive, according to the AN nutrient calculator. Nice to see you in a natural setting, Erik! Keep up the good work!
Hey Erik i have a 20 gallon res I was wondering if the entire 40gram pack will be enough for my first wee of flowering?

that should be plenty.
