Funny he mentions Texas. Yes, we have Tort Reform here. It was pushed hard and put on the ballot in 2006 promising to lower rates for everyone. Not only did it not lower rates, but it capped judgments for people seriously harmed by medical incompetence & neglect, and we are now ranked 48th in the percentage of insured adults. Bravo!
