The late, great master of the jazz guitar, Tal Farlow, released an incredible version of this jazz classic back in about the early 1950's. If you truly appreciate all guitar styles, you owe it to yourself to find it and give it a listen. Farlow was contemporary of the incredibly talented guitarist who wrote Walk, Don't Run, Johnny Smith. That is on YT and is a must for anyone who thinks he is knowledgeable about the guitar to have heard.
great version, I love the ventures, I saw Billy J Cramer's band , the Dakotas, do this at the Cavern Club in Liverpool years ago and the guitarist screwed it up and apologised.
