this video is very true. I am battling my 3rd relapse with the second time around of AML- first was with ALL. I just found out two days ago from a simple sore throat and a bruise (which I said was from playing flag football in college) and now I found out it is AML for the second time, wish me luck!

This video makes me cry..all the time...one day my 7 year old nephew and 13 year old niece were very sick so there parents took them both to the hospital where they both were diagnosed with a brain tumor at the same time..they both fought together but both relaped at the same time...and they were both givin a few months to live..they both died the same day at the same time in the same hospital bed together...i miss them both sooo much i cant even explain...RIP.. love u both.

My 6 year old son was diagnosed with Refractive High Risk Myeloid Leukemia FLT3 when he was 5 years old, on July 17, 2009. We have been through 6 rounds of chemo, both studies, and are on a phase 1 study. This poem really speaks to my heart. I just want my son to be able to grow up and live out his dreams. I previously wrote a comment to this video over a year ago. My grandson Aedyn has since lost his battle with cancer and is now cancer free in heaven. I miss him so much, there is not a moment that goes by that I don't think of him and wish he was here again. He was going through the bone marrow transplant and had an allergic reaction to the ATG (rabbit serum) and his brain started to swell. The doctor said he didn't have pain just disoriented and pressure. God Bless all these children.

my daughter never had cancer but when she was 8 mo. old she went to childrens hospital in omaha nebrska and shortly after being there she went into cardiac arrest. i have never had to do anything as hard as watch them do chest compressions on my dauhgter. she made it through but she continued to struggle until she was 4 years old now she is doing wonderful. my daughter had a lung disease and also pulminary hypertension. hold on parents your child will get through this mine did. i am so sorry.
