wrong wrong tug driveing is nothing like that no coms to cock pit to find out if brakes released before push no walk round to check aircraft and i didnt see any steering by pass pin neither total rubbish do the job for real. i did and it aint nothing like that .B.A TUGGIE GATWICK.

Do you really think The major's would pay for us ramp rats to get sim training... They are to tight with the money as it is.

If they would look at the statistics of ramp damage cost then the simulator would suddenly look very cheap indeed. People that operate vehicles on the airside are given the huge responsibility to operate heavy machinery in close proximity to aircraft. There is the requirement to report any and every incident while there is pressure to get aircraft out on time. Just like pilots, Ramp crew should be given the proper tools to become and remain proficient in their jobs.

Fantastic Simulator, is the software available to buy on it's own?

Does it also simulate pushing an aircraft off the back end of a Tug while the operator is in the front cab?

Thank you. Yes the pushback can be done off the back of the truck as well. Both pushing and pulling. Also the tuck steering mode can be selected. front wheel steer, rear wheel steer, all wheel steer and crab wheel steer where all wheels point in the same direction causing the entire truck to drive sideways without changing direction.

Currently the software is not available on it's own because it relies heavily on a specific set of high performance computer hardware.

Where is this simulator? I know ALOT of ppl who need to use this. Continental Airlines should include this in intial training.
