  • i guess this is a good exercise ... i hav seen this exercise at alot other places ... but i dont know if this works on weak back .. coz i hav a very weak back ... when i sit down on floor for a short while my WHOLE back gets filled up with pain ... i cant sit on a chair for long time ... this to gets pain in my back ....i hav a very weak back ... can uploader of this video or any other person help me put PLEASE ..!!

  • hope this is useful... does excercises help reduces overusing shoulders? maybe my shoulder muscles are just too weak.. can only train it with thirty pounds...

  • streching in general helps to prevent injury and i highly recommend that you always sterch before and after playing badminton if not these ones strech how you have been taught and with ones that work.

  • mr friendly enemy, what's gonna happen if we did not do any stretching before playing badminton?

  • could potentially hurt yourself when preforming moves such as lunging, jump smashing etc. its to make sure your musckes are warmed up as well as flezable and ready to preform the many actions that you do in badminton. there are hundreds of streches you can do though. so its always good to strech before and after you play.

  • sorry np english subs for it but you can follow the streches easily and the rest of the techniques are ok there not absoulte best but ther are correct in what there doing.
