  • Where are new updates?

  • Drew, has funny looking toes..lol

  • Its easy for him. 2 reasons.

    1. He had muscle before, and that is what burns alot of energy and growing it back is faster.

    2. Same applies but to his fitness, it will go back faster.

  • @Slaterking2010 YES... I know it would be more difficult if he kept it on for a few months and dealt with what all us other fat people live with... carrying it around and dealing with it, plus even have those few extra pounds "sneak up" and deal with the reality of the "fattening" spiral overweight people live in every day. It's not only about putting the fork down and going for a walk. It's about existing with being overweight and having to force yourself to move. I deride this journey.

  • @Slaterking2010 he only wants to help out. not say its easy.

  • Aren't you afraid of the stretch marks?

    Keep up the good work!!

  • You can definitely tell a difference in just a couple of weeks, its very inspiring man.

  • It looks like your triceps are losing mass man :/

  • u look much better already!

  • Love it, wow, you're doing great, congrats!

  • gordo gordo gordo gordo

  • youre a great guy and you will do it , i just did it from 155KG December 2010 to now about 100KG , my goal is looking like you in the beginning and hopefully soon to be again ! best of luck

  • How was the sexlife after reaching the top weight? ;) assuming that you're heterosexual..

  • @7091FIN1987 get a life

  • You are such an inspiration. I only have 5 lbs of lingering "baby weight" that keeps returning when I snack in the evening, so this shows me that if I can stop that evening snack, I could lose this weight in a few weeks, even without exercise. Thanks

  • 2 lbs is fine considering he isn't even exercising and it was thanksgiving. His Fat2Fit section is 6 months, if he lost 2lbs a week for 6 months thats nearly 50 lbs which would put him down near his original weight.

  • To me 2 pounds is still less than one kilogram (0.9 to be exact), and I know it's about the lifestyle change, but it still seems too little for the size that you are today...

  • Lol your moobs jumped anyway i can see a little bit of a change you do look a little bit thiner

  • Yay! You didn't add your weight to the title, so it doesn't spoil the video. Thanks!

  • @All4Him92 Yeah, he should still add the weight/loss to the 3rd or 4th line of the description. That way people can click the Show more if they want to check.

  • Yay! I'm really rooting for you. It was such a noble thing what you are doing for people in the name of fitness education. Takes a really selfless person. Go Drew GO!

  • i like the surprise now that you changed it to just "week ## weight in

    "

  • Fantastic job! You're inspiring a lot of people. :)

  • I look forward to these weigh ins :D I really need to exercise and lose about 10 pounds so this is really inspirational for me :) Could you go through what you eat and how much you exercise a week possibly?

  • Drew how'd you do it?! I ate relatively ok and exercised everyday and still gained a pound. I ate a decent Thanksgiving meal but didn't go overboard. I don't quite have your will or supportive family!

  • @OliviaDeOliver Don't focus on weight! Focus on your measurements instead!! The scale doesn't show you the difference been muscle weight(gained) and fat weight(lost)! Measurements can PROVE you're slimming down. The scale? Not so much.

  • @forbiddenfollies Thanks so much, excellent advice!

  • WE'RE ALL HERE TOGETHER DREW !! :):):)

  • are you worried about loose skin?? Just a thought

  • @nosaakpata loose skin is only an issue for those who have been overweight for years. I lost over 110lbs and have none at age 31

  • @setbro did you have a lot of stretch marks? ever since i started losing weight i noticed that some stretch marks started showing up

  • you are almost in the 240s!

Good Job keep up the good work

    I like your videos!!

  • You look much smaller now. Happy Holidays!

  • Good job on thanksgiving and in general. Thank you for your inspiration and motivation. :-)

  • 2lbs a week is about the average for healthy weightloss.

  • @hypnolobster yeah but really fat people like around i'd say 280+ can loose super fast the first couple months

  • Keep up the good work can't wait to see the workouts begin!

  • 237 lbs > 220 lbs in 6 weeks here.

  • @iTakZablokujaKonto Congratulations! Keep it up!

  • @iTakZablokujaKonto great job!

  • KEEP UP DUDE !!!

  • Good thing you didn't put your new weight in the title or the description! This way we can enjoy the surprise;]
