Its cool that u're willing to push ur body just plz b careful check with a physician its not all about losing weight n lookin good in a particular size, ur general heath is more important. But i understand y u're willing to try all these things 2 lose the weight I myself am overweight and i am dyin to lose the weight but heath 1st
