@Sp0ilTheFun The subject matter wasn't really my point. It was more about his over all demeanor or ways he responds. Bill O'Riley is another good example of one that goes on rants and loses his effectiveness. I was listening. I can see where you get your condescending tone.
@KojachBaumherr Maybe, but what gets me about him is his constant bitch about everything and everyone. He has a medium that most of us would fight for but wastes it by acting like a woman going through the rough phases menopause....unhappy about everything. At times, Maher has everyone cheering, because its more of a steam release to hear him rip someone or something a new ass than offer sensible solutions. It's a shame to see someone (one of many) gripe for a living.
@spope09 I do have some bright ideas, and I'm sure you do too. Maher probably has some bright ideas also. That's not the point. Neither is what I'm doing by commenting on the video. The comment I made is in reference to Bill's show, his sphere of influence is great. The comedic value is the hook but his intentions are all but funny. I don't care what he was saying (left wing, right wing, etc), I just want one's agenda clear and thoughtful.
"Clinton taxed the rich, we had money. Bush didn't, now we don't."
Look, im not above admitting Bush was a bad president, and in part, at least, responsible for the economy today, but this simplistic, black-and-white thinking from the left has to stop The economy is not just down because of Bush. Its down because of YEARS of neglecting to do ANYTHING about the deficit. It's the overspeculation in the stock markets and lack of regulation in the housing markets, which started with Clinton's admin
@ratty88 you're not going to convince me that the Iraqi invasion was unavoidable. Yes, it was a complete farce, but any president would have done the same thing. Saddam Hussein with nuclear weapons? That's a chance we as a nation can't afford to take. I dont know where you're drawing those statistics from, but i doubt their true and you're simply not going to tell me Bush alone, bad as he was, caused a WORLDWIDE recession.
@ratty88 im not saying he did. i'm saying according to our intellegence reports, he had nukes, or WMDs, or whatever you want to call them. Of course, he didn't, in the end, but what if he did? Are you willing to roll the dice and take chances with the entire Western Civilization as we know it? It was an obvious move and one that had to be made.
@ratty88 I never said it had anything to do with 9/11. I agree 9/11 was used as senseless pro-war propaganda. But Saddam with WMDs or Nukes or WHATEVER he had (and at SOME POINT, he had them. every advanced nation's intelligence reports said so) doesn't disturb you at all? I mean, do you know how easy it would be for them to fly a plane over our country and drop a bomb?
@ratty88 So when we asked for a peaceful investigation, to be let into their scientific facilities without force, and told them that if they didn't we'd go to war, that was all so they could hide from us what? Nothing? Sadam would rather suffer the inevitable defeat in a war against the US then let us invesitigate when, under your assumption, he had nothing to hide. You have to admit something just doesn't smell right there.
@dogman652 well heck, I guess if something tickles your nose its time to invade. Heck, that decade long war only cost a few thousand lives and over a trillion dollars, to say nothing of civilian deaths.
@ratty88 equating suspicion of an islamic fundementalist dictator possessing WMDs to a "tickle of the nose" is absurd. It was legitimate concern that needed to be taken care of.
@ratty88 OOOOOOH taking a quote out of context? How very Democrat of you. Im officially done with this conversation. Have a nice life, you fucking imbecile.
@ratty88 I mean what about the credit card companies? the real estate markets, with the banks that offered homeowners houses they couldn't afford with adjustable rates and no money down? what about the rampant, absurd over speculation on wallstreet that lead to the stock market crash? what about Goldman Sachs and Maidoff and JP Morgan? You simply can't point solely to Bush when you ask why people have no money anymore.
@dogman652 The recessions are part of the deficit true. If we leave them off, its still 80% republican, 20% democrat - but thats silly because the recessions occurred under republican presidents and spending was not adjusted under republican presidents.
Deficit - reagan to bush 1, they built it up to 600 billion
Clinton came along and cleared that up in 8 years.
Bush1's deficit was more than twice his father's by the time he left, even though we're still paying for his legislation.
@ratty88 Clinton fostered a sense of false economic security by letting the over speculators on wallstreet and deregulation in the housing markets run amuck. He got out in time before Bush came in to have the whole thing blow up in his face.
"They were all Democrats! I bet they were!" She BETS they were? In other words, she doesn't know anything about the jurors at all and is just making shit up. Sometimes I think Bill hangs out with her because her unfiltered brain-static makes his arguments seem that much stronger by comparison.
When they raised taxes on yachts, it's not the rich that payed (they just bought it elsewhere) but the middle class who produced the yachts lost their jobs. Same will happen to jets.
@H1TMANactual The "buying it somewhere else" issue can easily be addressed by increasing the import tax on the imported items. If you buy X locally, you pay taxes. If you buy X somewhere else, you need to pay a customs fee, and / or import taxes on it. So even if what you say is true (since you provide no proof) one can still argue that there is a solution to that problem as well. If the government REALLY wanted to, they would close those kinds of loopholes that the rich exploit all the time.
@eggiex1 Govt can try all they want, people will find a way. We have numbers and evidence from all over the world to support that. Try the Laffer curve
@H1TMANactual I take it you are referring to the idea that if taxes are too high, people will try to find ways around paying them one way or another. I still don't see how this necessarily implies that the jobs of building the yachts or jets would go overseas. If the government makes it just as difficult to buy it locally as overseas, why would an exploited loophole necessarily mean that the purchase was made from a foreign maker? The real problem is that the loopholes are rarely ever closed.
Guy is an idiot. Not even funny anymore. Does he have a laugh track? Corporate Jets? Obama's stimulus created the tax depreciation extension for the manufacture of jets, as the industry was in big trouble. Not ONE Republican voted for it - now the jet industry and the 10s of thousand of jobs it supports are the new whipping boy for Obama, the Democratic collective and goofballs like Maher. What a waste of time giving this guy any credit. Maher OR the President.
FOR THE RECORD, (you can win many a bar room bet on this one), George Bush has the best record for the most consecutive months of positive job growth.
George Bush had 52 consecutive months in the White House of consecutive, positive job growth, still untouched by any modern president.
@DwightSimpson I wonder how much of that growth was due to the housing bubble and OTC Derivatives. Honestly there's very little that any government official can do to create jobs. Tax rates would have to be seriously oppressive to make the basic motivating factors in capitolism shut down. Businesses hire people because they need more people to make stuff so they can make more money. I still don't understand how firing government employees saves jobs.
@standnothere Let's ask the same question in reverse. Why did Obama's unemployment go up to 9.2% from 6.8% after they passed the stimulus package? Especially, when all the experts said unemployment wouldn't exceed 8.0%.
Maybe it was because Obama missed the boat someplace. Maybe it was because he didn't know what he was doing. Maybe it was because he had never been around a business, or owned a business before.
By the way, no one said firing government employees saves jobs.
@DwightSimpson The unemployment rate rose because of what happened in the mortgage industry. Go read about Allen Greenspan's views on how the government should regulate financial markets. He basically stood up and fought anyone that tried to regulate derivatives, and he won. What reasonable person thinks that a market is going to regulate itself? Have you read The Jungle? That's what a totally free-market looks like. I don't understand how you can lay this at Obama's feet.
@DwightSimpson So that is what caused the country to tank while Dubya was pResident!
Of course it continued under DINO Obama because the big banks got bailed out too much and Main Street did not get bailed out enough. Fiscal stimulus does work, but more is needed to get us out of the Republican inspired Great Recession.
We don't need another Republican in charge, or a DINO. We need a real Progressive!
@DwightSimpson Those jobs were created by fiscal deficit spending. Meanwhile, under Dubya income stagnated and millions fell into poverty. Then there was the housing crash that started in 2006.
Why does anyone listen to this media mouthpiece piece scum-bag? Maher lost my respect immediately after he started gratuitously disparaging skeptics of the government's 9/11 official story. The frightening thing is he seemed to enjoy it as well. God, he's so smug!
Funny how Obama helped buy those jets with taxpayer money when he passed the stimulus .. but I guess then it was okay because he was paying back political donations ..
@DwightSimpson When Bush left office, and Obama was being inaugurated! We were losing almost 20,000 jobs per day! How do you stop a hurricane in action? It takes time to undo the damage that Bush created! And you want to judge Obama for not cleaning it up fast enough? Better yet you want to put someone else in office with the same policy that got us into to this mess? STOP TALKING!
@nikkinew123 . Unemployment was 6.9% at the time Obama's Stimulus Package was passed. Obama's promise when his Stimulus Package was passed was that unemployment would NOT exceed 8.0%. As you probably know, unemployment just jumped to 9.2% under Obama's failed policies. It is Obama's promise. I DIDN'T MAKE THE PROMISE, so don't blame me. For once, look at the facts.
As Ronald Reagan once said, "It is not that our Democratic friends are ignorant, they just know so much that ISN'T SO."
@DwightSimpson What part of we were LOSING 20,000 JOBS A DAY!!!!!! Do you not understand? The policies that made unemployment fall took place before Obama stepped foot into the White House! The CBO reported that the stimulus help save hundreds & thousands of jobs. In 2008, Obama said the stimulus might be too small and we will need another round, which Rep. wont allow to date! We are STUCK in the Bush Policies and that is our problem!!!
@nikkinew123 Look, we have one year and four months until Obama's re-election comes up... My bet is that you will still be using the same old, worn-out argument in October of 2012. Look at the facts. When Bush left office, the unemployment rate was 6.8%. Under Obama, the unemployment rate is now 9.2%.
The unemployment rate can't be spun, can't be tampered with, can't be fudged. It is what it is. You can't deny that it is now 9.2%.
Quit spinning the numbers and ACKNOWLEDGE REALITY..
@DwightSimpson -another thing you must consider, We are still losing jobs because of the spending cuts! republican govs. all over the state are laying off public workers. Look at June's unemployment rates. We created +57,000 private sector jobs (that's more jobs than Bush created in his entire 8 years!) BUT lost -39,000 public jobs = 18,000 jobs created. Repubs have bill to cut infrastructure by 35% that will kill another 500,00 over the summer.
@DwightSimpson ALSO~just for the record "he didn't PROMISE anything". Find footage where he said "I promise you" . Stop making up shit in order to win a debate.
@nikkinew123 Perhaps "promise" is too strong a term. Obama just said that unemployment would not exceed 8.0% if his Stimulus package were passed. So according to you, this was not a promise; therefore, Obama need not be held accountable for it.
I'm going to give you this one. You found a loophole and you are taking advantage of it. Kind of like it depends on what the definition of the word is, "is." Therefore,I will give you the "wiggle room" you seek so that you can save face.
@DwightSimpson -also look at this thing with the airlines. they just laid-off 400 jobs over union rights. Their looking at another 90,000 contractors. All of this is being do to raise the unemployment rate and blame Obama. The problem is, it will be Obama's fault for not being smarter than them. McConnell has said many times that his main objective is to make Obama a one term president.
@DwightSimpson ~ this promise. Obama walks into office to what is no like the domino effect. Analyst look at where we are at on a particular day, & crunch numbers based on what they have in front of them. But shit like foreclosures and business start closing down & by the next week, everything is different. I don't blame him for not being able to predict how bad things would get. We bailed out the banks but than they stopped giving loans. He couldn't have know that would happen.
@DwightSimpson ~also, about this promise. He said things will get worse before it gets better and it could take some time. He also said the stimulus might be too small. why do you hear what you want? Plus how could he had know that the situation would continue to spiral out? It was the policies prior to Obama that got us into this mess & the worse thing we could do is continue those policies, which we are and that is why things aren't getting much better.
@DwightSimpson - the CBO said that Obama's stimulus saved hundreds & thousands of jobs from being lost. the stimulus is now wearing off and jobs are falling again. But most of them are public positions, which is exactly what Boehner said he was going after. We need another stimulus. Even if it's public sector jobs. When ppl are working, they buy shit, that creates more demand & employers will hire more ppl to sale shit! we have to spend money to buy our way out. Tx cuts don't work!!!
@DwightSimpson ~Obama is weak on fighting the repubs who are doing everything to keep unemployment high in efforts of defeating Obama is 2012! Why would we vote for ppl that would allow American's to suffer just so they can take back the White House? They got us into this mess, NOT Obama and they are doing everything to keep us here longer.
@nikkinew123 You make an allegation that the Republicans are doing everything they can to keep unemployment high so they can take back the White House. That is a very serious charge, and one that borders on a charge of treason.
It is a sad day in our nation's history when a party, or a president, will not take responsibility for their actions that have torn the nation apart. Obama has been in power for two years and seven months. How much longer before Obama assumes responsibility?
@DwightSimpson ~what exactly has Obama done? And I do think Obama should start taking responsibility, he is responsible for not standing up to the republicans and continuing Bush policies.
This is EXACTLY what we need today, a present day muckraker who is not afraid to say the truth and hopefully show and explain whats going on in this country just like the original muckrakers of the early 1900s.
I am not going to argue over the internet about politics with anyone so please do not try to start.
@lateowlearlybird Thanks for the reply. Misinformed can be misdiagnosed, but naivety sticks out. :) Bill has an obvious political agenda, and uses cynical humor as a medium to rally the most relatable side of human nature...pissing and moaning. Think about it, you stand in a grocery store and the lady takes too long to ring the guy in front of you up. You get frustrated and exhale, looking around. There are always people ready to give you a nod or word that they agree with u.
Damn, I wish he understood simple macroeconomics and the laws of elastic and inelastic goods... he doesnt really know what hes talking about on this one.
@MsBensington that's more to do with microeconomics, not macro... you don't really know what you're talking about. also, elsastic and inelastic goods don't really play a part in this, it's about balancing budgets through increased taxes or lowering government spending, it's called fiscal policy. Please be more educated if you're gonna insult bill Maher.
Well not exactly, the fiscal policy change he is referring to is macroeconomics while specifically raising taxes on private jets would be more in the area of micro. The tax increase on such a highly elastic good such as private jets would be devastating to the industry, but in Maher's defense this country is completely run by the richest few percent... furthermore goods do play a part in this because that's how the government collects most of their money.
@MsBensington I don't believe raising taxes on jets would be as devastating as you believe, elastic as they may be. it's a niche market basically only open to the top 1% and demand would likely not decrease due to a simple raise in taxes, their consumption by rich people would remain where it is. As for goods playing a part in this, it's like saying consumer income is part of monetary policy because they use the same money; irrelevant, obvious, and missing the point - they're different fields.
It's actually not at all like saying consumer income is a part of monetary policy... its more like saying consumer income is affected by monetary policy. That's a very typical argument style of say a Bill O'Reilly or Rush Limbaugh, to change what I said ever so slightly and then make a stretch comparison to make it seem wrong. As for the private jets it could go either way, but rather than raise taxes on just the rich why not just raise taxes equally for every kind of good...
@MsBensington I agree one hundred percent with the fact that they should raise taxes for every kind of good, but i wouldnt say it's like saying consumer income is affected by monetary policy, more like monetary policy is affected by consumer income. we're talking micro affecting macro. Either way this is senseless, we're both for the same idea there's no point fighting over economic terms
+ respect, contsructive argument is what this F*cking country needs. You took my statement which was clearly biased in one direction and finally came to a resolution. My faith in our country to get stuff done is somewhat restored
@MsBensington +respect right back, however I'm Canadian so your country's fucked...lol don't worry though you guys will be fine, there's more people out there willing to debate than you might think
@shareyourvideosworld are you joking. this isnt even a political debate anymore. i dont care what ur political affiliation i whether your left or right as long as ur doing what you think is best for your country i can respect that and understand that. however when u bring antisemitism into the mix it just makes you seem immature and misinformed. simply because you are angry with the way your life turned out doesnt give you the right to sit there and rant on about how the jews are the cause.
@jbritton223 What do you mean the "real cost"? The debt itself is 14 trillion, 4 trillion of which has been added under Obama. It was 10 billion when Bush left office (obviously). How do you figure that Obama is responsible for the entire U.S. debt?
its funny because taxing the rich even more does not hurt the rich..it only hurts the middle and lower class people. it lowers their wages and puts them out of jobs
@Jack3dFibraz The rich now have the lowest taxes they have had since the cold war started, and still they refuse to hire. Lowering taxes has not made them hire; raising them will not make them fire.
What's really "funny" is how the American public keeps swallowing the notion of "lower taxes = stronger economy" while all evidence from the last fifty years proves this is not true, and all evidence right now confirms that it is not true.
Anybody who listens to Maher for political information is an idiot. The rich (wealthiest 50%) already pay for more than 96% of the total taxes!! most of the people commenting arent in that top bracket so they have no idea how much money rich people have to pay in taxes...
@Jack3dFibraz The wealthiest 50% pay more than 90% of the taxes because they control more than 90% of the money. The top 20% alone control more than 80% of the total wealth, and the top 40% control more than 90%. Your statistic is bullshit; the top 50% pay exactly what they would under a flat tax.
90% of the money in America belongs to about only 1%... Obama wants to raise the tax rates on the rich (cuzz they can pay for it) but because of bush, the rich enjoy the lowest tax rates. also many company's (job creators) get excluded from corporate tax because they have enough money to except themselves. Republicans want the middle class to take the hit again. Also on the next stimulus, if we dont do it we default on our loans... then were screwed.
@JigglesJingle Shut up you retarded anti-semite. Bill Maher is awesome and his open and public support of the poor and middle class in this country shows more patriotism than you ever have I'm sure. He is right about the things he says in this "New Rules" rant, he is right about republicans, and when he disses Obama and the democrats he is right then too. This country is fucked up and Bill Maher is the best at pointing out what is wrong with it.
Good points Guy, but not everyone that is republican fits into that 1%., and just because one is republican, doesnt mean they are rich deprivers of the midde class, and not every democrat is a peace seaker.
Does this guy have a clue? Take a look at the Americans on the Forbes billionaire list and the majority are liberal. The top three are liberal. The reason Dem Liberals tax is to have more money to create more programs to have more power over people. You will not have freedom if the government is running the show.
@jrsudd7 Ignoring the fact that the statistic you cite is questionable at best, do you live in a fantasy world where every American is either a hardcore liberal or hardline conservative? That's called a false dilemma, my friend; we live in a spectrum of political thought, and it's not limited to just one axis. For example, there's a little group called LIBERTARIANS who are to the left on social issues, but to the right on economic issues. And incidentally, Bill Maher counts himself among them.
@cyanmanta Lol, Bill Maher is the furthest thing from a libertarian. He supports raising taxes, increased spending, regulations and entitlement programs like universal health care.
He's a liberal. Left on social issues and left on fiscal/economic issues.
@Thesblah You obviously haven't seen his stand-up. I will grant you Bill has moved further to the left on economic issues in recent years, but why does that mean you should ignore him? Besides, Republicans also support expensive "liberal" entitlement programs like social security and medicare. It's not as if it's possible to pin everything on one party.
Hahha, and yet people are so suprised that Fox is the #1 rated and watched news station...its because it is actual news, not some radical biased left wing bull shit like this. If you don't agree, then you really aren't mature enough to understand. Explain why Fox does so much better. Oh, and I love how the Democrats continually blame Bush, while Obamas been in the whitehouse for almost 4 years, and has only made things worse.
Bill Maher should be strictly comedy. Its hard to take him seriously, much easier to laugh. Hes a little man with a big ego and its quite obvious he's full of it.
LOL at this fag trying to making a joke about rich people calling them "job creators", I sure as hell know my boss isn't poor, cause then I wouldn't get a paycheck moron. He's a small business owner, if he makes more than 250k then he is considered rich and will be taxed extra if Obama gets his way. Well there goes my raise to pay for some moron street walker or single mom of 5 little black kids.
@enacku you make so sense what so every and it clear you don't know Taxes. also i guess octomom is black or the duggar family. i'm white so save the calling me a N or any other low class black name because it wont get to me.
@NJNC12 Octomom had them at once, the blacks have them non stop in a row so they can become the leaders of their section 8 apartment complex and get new checks. What will get to you is your failure at the English language and thinking you understand taxes.
@enacku wow what a statement lol. She had them all at once LMAO. Now i don't understand the English language and taxes. LMAO Great statement keep it up.
@enacku You are an ignorant piece of shit and nobody really gives a fuck what you think. If you haven't realized it by now, racism is for poor people who have no accountability for their own misgivings. Here's a thought, the energy you put into ranting about "the blacks" should probably be used to find a better job or figure out another opportunity in life! But, again you are an ignorant racist piece of shit, so I doubt it!
@lilpuck84 I'm ignorant according to you, but yet you avoid the statistics involving blacks, enjoy going on your feelings instead of the truth, its much easier that way.
This is all ignorant. Yes, Clinton raised the federal income tax rate, but he also lowered the corporate tax rates and other taxes. It was a Republican congress that forced his hand to balance the deficit.
Secondly, the problem is not taxing the rich. The upper 1% actually pay close to 40% of ALL taxes. The problem comes from the people who pay no taxes. Lower income people pay absolutely no income tax.
As for the rich who "want" to pay more taxes- They can. You're allowed to mail checks.
@Thesblah let me know how it works out for you blaming the lower income people for the problems in our economy and government. I'm sure they're the ones who caused the stock market to crash right?
@jn010jn Ironically, in a way, it was lower income people that caused the recession. (Among other factors) Also, the "stock market" didn't "crash". So, I don't think you know what you're talking about. Government sponsored entities such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac was told to give loans out to lower income people so that they could purchase property they couldn't afford. This caused the subprime mortgage crisis which was an anchor that worsened the credit, banking and financial markets.
@Thesblah these guys could create jobs right now tho. All that other shit you talkin is irrelevant. Plus America is mad racist to regardless to what there is still gona be a population that's upset and a population that thinks shit is peachy because of the discrimination that goes down when people are trying to MAKE money and GET jobs and GET up to speed on shit when they don't belong to a certain favored ethnic group.
@oneme63 I don't even know what you're talking about. You're bringing race into this discussion pointlessly. No one gives a damn about race. Secondly, the biggest road block to people from getting money or a good job is the fact that they don't have a passion or plan. If you start from an early age, knowing exactly what you want to do, you will go far. Most people are unhappy because they get out of college and don't know what they want to do. They drift from job to job complaining.
@Thesblah The republicans didn't force him to balance shit so what are you talking about. The budget was already fucked up when Clinton came into office after taking over from Bush Sr. The reason the Cop tax was lowered was so companies can bring money over from overseas but he made them pay for it in income taxes as a whole. also the upper 1% doesn't pay 40% into the system and those stats about people paying no taxes came from 4-5 states that have little to no income taxes.
@enacku Like i said you don't understand shit you are talking about. Keep listening to Fox and be lost doing it. Go read about the great depression and the reason it took us 27 years to get out of it. This is my last post to you.
@NJNC12 I haven't turned on fox in maybe 5-6 years? What a typical attack, "you watch fox lolz". What does the great depression have to do with taxing the job creators now? Only thing I see that resembles the great depression is the government over stepping its bounds to try and pull us out of a depression causing it to drag on many times longer than it should kicking the can down the road making the problems greater in the future.
@enacku LMAO you dumb ass the government didnt do anything for the first few years because they thought the market would fix itself just like whats going on today you dumb fuck. What does the great depression have to do with taxes? Everything because that's one of the reason's it lasted so long. Taxes were cut and they shouldn't been raised. Go back to school bro.
@NJNC12 Hey moron, you're telling me cutting taxes creates a depression? I know when my taxes get cut, I'm the opposite of depressed, infact I have more money that was mine in the first place to save. And when you save money, that's what creates a strong economy. Production and savings. And when you get the government involved like recently costing $287,000 per job is ridiculously inefficient, the private market could have created 5 good paying jobs for every 1 the government "created"
@enacku Man just stop talking because you sound stupid. Go read a book on the great depression when you cut taxes when the nation has no money guess what you still suffer because there is no money coming into the system to pay down debt which means you don't have a job or the private market has to cut more jobs. Like i said you have to raise taxes as fucked up as it is because he have to pay down the debt and also cut stupid ass programs like the gas tax dumb ass.
@NJNC12 Nothing I have said is stupid, that's why you can't argue my points, just continue to name call like the nice socialist you are. I can find flaws in everything you say. Such as why raise taxes to pay off debt, how about don't create the debt in the first place? The trillion $ stimulus packages created only cause more debt with an interest rate attached. Why tax us more to pay for it? How about re-negotiate debt with our creditors?
@enacku so if you want me to break down whatever it is you're trying to say fine but say something other then stupid shit. Everyone wants to jump on the stimulus package Obama did fine go ahead i don't give a shit but jump on the same fucking package bush passed which was more and gave the rich more tax cuts. You cant re-negotiate with creditors when a whole fucking nation is low on cash. This isn't your fucking home loan. Bush raised the debt ceiling 5 times for a total of 4 trillion dollars.
@NJNC12 Why can't you re-negotiate? You tell them we don't have the money, lets change the terms so we both can manage. Raising taxes hurts the economy, you haven't said how it helps lol. You're confused, you went from saying raising taxes helps us get out of a recession which is moronic, to saying we need to raise taxes to pay off debt. Two completely different things....stick to one. I know what makes an economy strong and what makes it weak. Production and savings, not tax and spending.
@enacku Why do you think they are fighting over taxes you dumb ass its for paying off the fucking debt we have so yes that is the same think. you need to raise taxes to get us out of a recession so we can pay the fucking debt off. Debt equals wait for it wait for it A FUCKING recession. Big companies were spending and taking out loans from the FED when they didnt have the money to pay it back. Its what same fucking thing with our nation. we took to much shit from oversea nations.
@NJNC12 They are fighting over taxes because the FED gov wants to continue spending into oblivion, and won't make cuts they SHOULD. So they want their cake and to eat it too. (Tax and create strong economy) They don't care about spending cuts, but the taxes will remain for awhile. So fuck those big companies, let them restructure. Again the owner of my company makes over 250k, when I ask for a raise and he says sorry I just got taxed $25,000 more this year, should I praise people like you?
@NJNC12 "Why do you think they are fighting over taxes you dumb ass its for paying off the fucking debt "
I hear you rambling on about facts, but you are extremely disillusioned. You do realize that the PRIVATELY OWNED Federal Reserve Banking system equates to perpetual debt right? There LITERALLY is no such thing as "paying off our debt."
The currency is printed by the Fed, then loaned to America at interest. And to pay off the interest we take another loan....at interest.
@OneHandHigh Everyone is always talking about the FED right? Let me tell you how to fix this issue. STOP ASKING THEM FOR MONEY!!!!! They only have power if we keep taking fucking money. Do i like the FED fuck no i hate them and there is no reason for them but you have to understand the basic concept which is taking money. We still own them money and we will have to pay them no matter what so to start that pay back stop asking for money. Yes i seen the videos on youtube about them
@OneHandHigh you want to take back the nation like i do take all you're money out of big banks and support small companies and we will get our nation back. Don't let banks just make up money. Credits unions cant do that because they can't invest your savings like big banks. I understand the whole process but you have to pay china because if they flood the market with US bonds then you know what we are all fucked even the big banks and the FED. They don't control the yan at the moment.
@enacku What Obama wants to do is raise taxes higher on those that make over 250K but everyone will get a raise in taxes. good day because you're just be an ass because you don't want to look at facts. Have you're mind made up and live with it. Last post.
@NJNC12 Don't tell me to cut back, tell the fed to cut back! We live beyond our means because they spend the borrowed money. Stop borrowing, I live within my means, my car is from 1999 with 183k miles on it, and my value of my currency which I hold and get paid in goes down cause the fed! Those are facts.
@enacku were was everyone then talking about packages in shit. everyone took that money and got acar, TV's and other stupid shit that didn't make a differences in the system. Obama package was had 300 million dollars of tax cuts in it for the Low & middle classes, Small businesses, and seniors which was the most tax cuts pass by a presidential in the history of the nation so what are you talking about. almost no one even knows that shit. We are already paying interest on the money bush spent
@enacku which added trillions of debt to the system. When you get into something like this you have to keep providing packages until the private markets can start to re-hire at mass amounts. That's what happen back in the 1930's so if you are not going to read about the pass please don't talking to me because you just dont have facts or real information.
@NJNC12 It's people like you who think they have a clue what they are talking about and just talk non sense for the sake of argument. You're the type of people that need to be educated on this matter.
@NJNC12 I usually don't respond to people on Youtube who are ignorant and do not have a college education, but this was too easy. mjperry.blogspot.com/2008/01/blog-post_26.html
I suppose you're right, the upper 1% doesn't pay *exactly* 40% in federal income tax. It's 39.38%. Also, the bottom 50% only pay 3.07% into the federal income tax pool. So yes, low income people aren't paying income tax.
I bet Maher and coulter fuck on a regular basis.

@Sp0ilTheFun The subject matter wasn't really my point. It was more about his over all demeanor or ways he responds. Bill O'Riley is another good example of one that goes on rants and loses his effectiveness. I was listening. I can see where you get your condescending tone.
JasonBrumbelow 6 months ago
@JasonBrumbelow You didn't really specify. In this situation he did offer a solution, and this was a month ago....lol
Sp0ilTheFun 6 months ago
@KojachBaumherr Maybe, but what gets me about him is his constant bitch about everything and everyone. He has a medium that most of us would fight for but wastes it by acting like a woman going through the rough phases menopause....unhappy about everything. At times, Maher has everyone cheering, because its more of a steam release to hear him rip someone or something a new ass than offer sensible solutions. It's a shame to see someone (one of many) gripe for a living.
JasonBrumbelow 6 months ago

It's the overspeculation in the stock markets and lack of regulation in the housing markets, which started with Clinton's admin
dogman652 7 months ago
@dogman652 wrong. bush was given a surplus, and turned that into a 1.3 trillion dollar deficit.
Which is, by the way, 90% of our current deficit (we're stilling paying for his wars, tax cuts and medicare expansion)
ratty88 7 months ago
@ratty88 you're not going to convince me that the Iraqi invasion was unavoidable. Yes, it was a complete farce, but any president would have done the same thing. Saddam Hussein with nuclear weapons? That's a chance we as a nation can't afford to take. I dont know where you're drawing those statistics from, but i doubt their true and you're simply not going to tell me Bush alone, bad as he was, caused a WORLDWIDE recession.
dogman652 7 months ago
@dogman652 he didn't have nuclear weapons? where are you getting your news again? newsmax lol? drudge? fox?
ratty88 7 months ago
@ratty88 im not saying he did. i'm saying according to our intellegence reports, he had nukes, or WMDs, or whatever you want to call them. Of course, he didn't, in the end, but what if he did? Are you willing to roll the dice and take chances with the entire Western Civilization as we know it? It was an obvious move and one that had to be made.
dogman652 7 months ago
@dogman652 Iran and north korea can't reach us yet with a missle. you think Iraq could?
Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11.
There was no legitimate reason to be there.
Here's a quote from GWB BEFORE HE WAS ELECTED. “I’m going to invade Iraq.”
He wanted to have "a small war, in which nobody got hurt" because that's how you have a "successful presidency".
His justifications we're ALL LIES
ratty88 7 months ago
@ratty88 I never said it had anything to do with 9/11. I agree 9/11 was used as senseless pro-war propaganda. But Saddam with WMDs or Nukes or WHATEVER he had (and at SOME POINT, he had them. every advanced nation's intelligence reports said so) doesn't disturb you at all? I mean, do you know how easy it would be for them to fly a plane over our country and drop a bomb?
dogman652 7 months ago
@dogman652 I would love to see any evidence of saddam with WMD's or Nukes. Its all fiction, sorry.
ratty88 7 months ago
@ratty88 So when we asked for a peaceful investigation, to be let into their scientific facilities without force, and told them that if they didn't we'd go to war, that was all so they could hide from us what? Nothing? Sadam would rather suffer the inevitable defeat in a war against the US then let us invesitigate when, under your assumption, he had nothing to hide. You have to admit something just doesn't smell right there.
dogman652 7 months ago
@dogman652 well heck, I guess if something tickles your nose its time to invade. Heck, that decade long war only cost a few thousand lives and over a trillion dollars, to say nothing of civilian deaths.
Well worth it?

@ratty88 equating suspicion of an islamic fundementalist dictator possessing WMDs to a "tickle of the nose" is absurd. It was legitimate concern that needed to be taken care of.

You simply can't point solely to Bush when you ask why people have no money anymore.
dogman652 7 months ago
@dogman652 The recessions are part of the deficit true. If we leave them off, its still 80% republican, 20% democrat - but thats silly because the recessions occurred under republican presidents and spending was not adjusted under republican presidents.
Deficit - reagan to bush 1, they built it up to 600 billion
Clinton came along and cleared that up in 8 years.
Bush1's deficit was more than twice his father's by the time he left, even though we're still paying for his legislation.
ratty88 7 months ago
@ratty88 Clinton fostered a sense of false economic security by letting the over speculators on wallstreet and deregulation in the housing markets run amuck. He got out in time before Bush came in to have the whole thing blow up in his face.

Maher is one biased cunt
When they raised taxes on yachts, it's not the rich that payed (they just bought it elsewhere) but the middle class who produced the yachts lost their jobs. Same will happen to jets.
Shut the fuck up Maher
H1TMANactual 7 months ago 2
@H1TMANactual Show your work. Prove it. Like Ann, you're just making shit up.
cyanmanta 7 months ago
@H1TMANactual The "buying it somewhere else" issue can easily be addressed by increasing the import tax on the imported items. If you buy X locally, you pay taxes. If you buy X somewhere else, you need to pay a customs fee, and / or import taxes on it. So even if what you say is true (since you provide no proof) one can still argue that there is a solution to that problem as well. If the government REALLY wanted to, they would close those kinds of loopholes that the rich exploit all the time.
eggiex1 7 months ago
@eggiex1 Govt can try all they want, people will find a way. We have numbers and evidence from all over the world to support that. Try the Laffer curve
H1TMANactual 7 months ago
@H1TMANactual I take it you are referring to the idea that if taxes are too high, people will try to find ways around paying them one way or another. I still don't see how this necessarily implies that the jobs of building the yachts or jets would go overseas. If the government makes it just as difficult to buy it locally as overseas, why would an exploited loophole necessarily mean that the purchase was made from a foreign maker? The real problem is that the loopholes are rarely ever closed.

FOR THE RECORD, (you can win many a bar room bet on this one), George Bush has the best record for the most consecutive months of positive job growth.
George Bush had 52 consecutive months in the White House of consecutive, positive job growth, still untouched by any modern president.
DwightSimpson 7 months ago
@DwightSimpson i'm sure he did. courtesy of some democrat named Bill Clinton.
sarge5000 7 months ago
@DwightSimpson I wonder how much of that growth was due to the housing bubble and OTC Derivatives. Honestly there's very little that any government official can do to create jobs. Tax rates would have to be seriously oppressive to make the basic motivating factors in capitolism shut down. Businesses hire people because they need more people to make stuff so they can make more money. I still don't understand how firing government employees saves jobs.
standnothere 7 months ago
@standnothere Let's ask the same question in reverse. Why did Obama's unemployment go up to 9.2% from 6.8% after they passed the stimulus package? Especially, when all the experts said unemployment wouldn't exceed 8.0%.
Maybe it was because Obama missed the boat someplace. Maybe it was because he didn't know what he was doing. Maybe it was because he had never been around a business, or owned a business before.
By the way, no one said firing government employees saves jobs.
DwightSimpson 7 months ago

Better yet you want to put someone else in office with the same policy that got us into to this mess? STOP TALKING!
nikkinew123 8 months ago
@nikkinew123 . Unemployment was 6.9% at the time Obama's Stimulus Package was passed. Obama's promise when his Stimulus Package was passed was that unemployment would NOT exceed 8.0%. As you probably know, unemployment just jumped to 9.2% under Obama's failed policies. It is Obama's promise. I DIDN'T MAKE THE PROMISE, so don't blame me. For once, look at the facts.
As Ronald Reagan once said, "It is not that our Democratic friends are ignorant, they just know so much that ISN'T SO."
DwightSimpson 8 months ago
@DwightSimpson What part of we were LOSING 20,000 JOBS A DAY!!!!!! Do you not understand? The policies that made unemployment fall took place before Obama stepped foot into the White House! The CBO reported that the stimulus help save hundreds & thousands of jobs. In 2008, Obama said the stimulus might be too small and we will need another round, which Rep. wont allow to date! We are STUCK in the Bush Policies and that is our problem!!!
nikkinew123 7 months ago
@nikkinew123 Look, we have one year and four months until Obama's re-election comes up... My bet is that you will still be using the same old, worn-out argument in October of 2012. Look at the facts. When Bush left office, the unemployment rate was 6.8%. Under Obama, the unemployment rate is now 9.2%.
The unemployment rate can't be spun, can't be tampered with, can't be fudged. It is what it is. You can't deny that it is now 9.2%.
Quit spinning the numbers and ACKNOWLEDGE REALITY..
DwightSimpson 7 months ago
@DwightSimpson -another thing you must consider, We are still losing jobs because of the spending cuts! republican govs. all over the state are laying off public workers. Look at June's unemployment rates. We created +57,000 private sector jobs (that's more jobs than Bush created in his entire 8 years!) BUT lost -39,000 public jobs = 18,000 jobs created. Repubs have bill to cut infrastructure by 35% that will kill another 500,00 over the summer.
nikkinew123 7 months ago
@DwightSimpson ALSO~just for the record "he didn't PROMISE anything". Find footage where he said "I promise you" . Stop making up shit in order to win a debate.
nikkinew123 7 months ago
@nikkinew123 Perhaps "promise" is too strong a term. Obama just said that unemployment would not exceed 8.0% if his Stimulus package were passed. So according to you, this was not a promise; therefore, Obama need not be held accountable for it.
I'm going to give you this one. You found a loophole and you are taking advantage of it. Kind of like it depends on what the definition of the word is, "is." Therefore,I will give you the "wiggle room" you seek so that you can save face.
DwightSimpson 7 months ago
@DwightSimpson -also look at this thing with the airlines. they just laid-off 400 jobs over union rights. Their looking at another 90,000 contractors. All of this is being do to raise the unemployment rate and blame Obama. The problem is, it will be Obama's fault for not being smarter than them. McConnell has said many times that his main objective is to make Obama a one term president.
nikkinew123 7 months ago
@DwightSimpson ~ this promise. Obama walks into office to what is no like the domino effect. Analyst look at where we are at on a particular day, & crunch numbers based on what they have in front of them. But shit like foreclosures and business start closing down & by the next week, everything is different. I don't blame him for not being able to predict how bad things would get. We bailed out the banks but than they stopped giving loans. He couldn't have know that would happen.
nikkinew123 7 months ago
@DwightSimpson ~also, about this promise. He said things will get worse before it gets better and it could take some time. He also said the stimulus might be too small. why do you hear what you want? Plus how could he had know that the situation would continue to spiral out? It was the policies prior to Obama that got us into this mess & the worse thing we could do is continue those policies, which we are and that is why things aren't getting much better.
nikkinew123 7 months ago
@DwightSimpson - the CBO said that Obama's stimulus saved hundreds & thousands of jobs from being lost. the stimulus is now wearing off and jobs are falling again. But most of them are public positions, which is exactly what Boehner said he was going after. We need another stimulus. Even if it's public sector jobs. When ppl are working, they buy shit, that creates more demand & employers will hire more ppl to sale shit! we have to spend money to buy our way out. Tx cuts don't work!!!
nikkinew123 7 months ago
@DwightSimpson ~Obama is weak on fighting the repubs who are doing everything to keep unemployment high in efforts of defeating Obama is 2012! Why would we vote for ppl that would allow American's to suffer just so they can take back the White House? They got us into this mess, NOT Obama and they are doing everything to keep us here longer.
nikkinew123 7 months ago
@nikkinew123 You make an allegation that the Republicans are doing everything they can to keep unemployment high so they can take back the White House. That is a very serious charge, and one that borders on a charge of treason.
It is a sad day in our nation's history when a party, or a president, will not take responsibility for their actions that have torn the nation apart. Obama has been in power for two years and seven months. How much longer before Obama assumes responsibility?
DwightSimpson 7 months ago
@DwightSimpson ~what exactly has Obama done? And I do think Obama should start taking responsibility, he is responsible for not standing up to the republicans and continuing Bush policies.

@MsBensington *Sigh* I wish I could teach you how macroeconomics actually work.
thatsthetime 8 months ago
@MsBensington that's more to do with microeconomics, not macro... you don't really know what you're talking about. also, elsastic and inelastic goods don't really play a part in this, it's about balancing budgets through increased taxes or lowering government spending, it's called fiscal policy. Please be more educated if you're gonna insult bill Maher.
23randomONE23 8 months ago
@23randomONE23
MsBensington 8 months ago
@MsBensington I don't believe raising taxes on jets would be as devastating as you believe, elastic as they may be. it's a niche market basically only open to the top 1% and demand would likely not decrease due to a simple raise in taxes, their consumption by rich people would remain where it is. As for goods playing a part in this, it's like saying consumer income is part of monetary policy because they use the same money; irrelevant, obvious, and missing the point - they're different fields.
23randomONE23 8 months ago
@23randomONE23
MsBensington 8 months ago
@MsBensington I agree one hundred percent with the fact that they should raise taxes for every kind of good, but i wouldnt say it's like saying consumer income is affected by monetary policy, more like monetary policy is affected by consumer income. we're talking micro affecting macro. Either way this is senseless, we're both for the same idea there's no point fighting over economic terms

Who the F is Hutch ? Bill Maher is a puppet for the Jewish Media Cartel. He's no patriotic figure
JigglesJingle 8 months ago
@JigglesJingle Shut up you retarded anti-semite. Bill Maher is awesome and his open and public support of the poor and middle class in this country shows more patriotism than you ever have I'm sure. He is right about the things he says in this "New Rules" rant, he is right about republicans, and when he disses Obama and the democrats he is right then too. This country is fucked up and Bill Maher is the best at pointing out what is wrong with it.

Good points Guy, but not everyone that is republican fits into that 1%., and just because one is republican, doesnt mean they are rich deprivers of the midde class, and not every democrat is a peace seaker.
nereydahasfaith 8 months ago
Does this guy have a clue? Take a look at the Americans on the Forbes billionaire list and the majority are liberal. The top three are liberal. The reason Dem Liberals tax is to have more money to create more programs to have more power over people. You will not have freedom if the government is running the show.
jrsudd7 8 months ago
@jrsudd7 Ignoring the fact that the statistic you cite is questionable at best, do you live in a fantasy world where every American is either a hardcore liberal or hardline conservative? That's called a false dilemma, my friend; we live in a spectrum of political thought, and it's not limited to just one axis. For example, there's a little group called LIBERTARIANS who are to the left on social issues, but to the right on economic issues. And incidentally, Bill Maher counts himself among them.
cyanmanta 8 months ago
@cyanmanta Lol, Bill Maher is the furthest thing from a libertarian. He supports raising taxes, increased spending, regulations and entitlement programs like universal health care.
He's a liberal. Left on social issues and left on fiscal/economic issues.
Thesblah 8 months ago
@Thesblah You obviously haven't seen his stand-up. I will grant you Bill has moved further to the left on economic issues in recent years, but why does that mean you should ignore him? Besides, Republicans also support expensive "liberal" entitlement programs like social security and medicare. It's not as if it's possible to pin everything on one party.
cyanmanta 8 months ago
@cyanmanta
did you just watch the video? maher is a liberal dude..nothing he said followed a libertarian point of view

NJNC12 8 months ago
@NJNC12 Octomom had them at once, the blacks have them non stop in a row so they can become the leaders of their section 8 apartment complex and get new checks. What will get to you is your failure at the English language and thinking you understand taxes.
enacku 8 months ago
@enacku wow what a statement lol. She had them all at once LMAO. Now i don't understand the English language and taxes. LMAO Great statement keep it up.

@enacku You are an ignorant piece of shit and nobody really gives a fuck what you think. If you haven't realized it by now, racism is for poor people who have no accountability for their own misgivings. Here's a thought, the energy you put into ranting about "the blacks" should probably be used to find a better job or figure out another opportunity in life! But, again you are an ignorant racist piece of shit, so I doubt it!

Thesblah 8 months ago
@Thesblah let me know how it works out for you blaming the lower income people for the problems in our economy and government. I'm sure they're the ones who caused the stock market to crash right?
jn010jn 8 months ago
@jn010jn Ironically, in a way, it was lower income people that caused the recession. (Among other factors) Also, the "stock market" didn't "crash". So, I don't think you know what you're talking about. Government sponsored entities such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac was told to give loans out to lower income people so that they could purchase property they couldn't afford. This caused the subprime mortgage crisis which was an anchor that worsened the credit, banking and financial markets.
Thesblah 8 months ago
@Thesblah these guys could create jobs right now tho. All that other shit you talkin is irrelevant. Plus America is mad racist to regardless to what there is still gona be a population that's upset and a population that thinks shit is peachy because of the discrimination that goes down when people are trying to MAKE money and GET jobs and GET up to speed on shit when they don't belong to a certain favored ethnic group.
oneme63 8 months ago
@oneme63 I don't even know what you're talking about. You're bringing race into this discussion pointlessly. No one gives a damn about race. Secondly, the biggest road block to people from getting money or a good job is the fact that they don't have a passion or plan. If you start from an early age, knowing exactly what you want to do, you will go far. Most people are unhappy because they get out of college and don't know what they want to do. They drift from job to job complaining.
Thesblah 8 months ago
@Thesblah The republicans didn't force him to balance shit so what are you talking about. The budget was already fucked up when Clinton came into office after taking over from Bush Sr. The reason the Cop tax was lowered was so companies can bring money over from overseas but he made them pay for it in income taxes as a whole. also the upper 1% doesn't pay 40% into the system and those stats about people paying no taxes came from 4-5 states that have little to no income taxes.
NJNC12 8 months ago
@NJNC12 Um NJNC12 the congress appropriates money, so when the republicans are in charge of that, they limit the budget, very simple concept.
enacku 8 months ago
@NJNC12 And when dems took over the last few years, they appropriated about 4 trillion of new debt, enjoy!
enacku 8 months ago
@enacku Like i said you don't understand shit you are talking about. Keep listening to Fox and be lost doing it. Go read about the great depression and the reason it took us 27 years to get out of it. This is my last post to you.
NJNC12 8 months ago
@NJNC12 I haven't turned on fox in maybe 5-6 years? What a typical attack, "you watch fox lolz". What does the great depression have to do with taxing the job creators now? Only thing I see that resembles the great depression is the government over stepping its bounds to try and pull us out of a depression causing it to drag on many times longer than it should kicking the can down the road making the problems greater in the future.
enacku 8 months ago
@enacku LMAO you dumb ass the government didnt do anything for the first few years because they thought the market would fix itself just like whats going on today you dumb fuck. What does the great depression have to do with taxes? Everything because that's one of the reason's it lasted so long. Taxes were cut and they shouldn't been raised. Go back to school bro.
NJNC12 8 months ago
@NJNC12 Hey moron, you're telling me cutting taxes creates a depression? I know when my taxes get cut, I'm the opposite of depressed, infact I have more money that was mine in the first place to save. And when you save money, that's what creates a strong economy. Production and savings. And when you get the government involved like recently costing $287,000 per job is ridiculously inefficient, the private market could have created 5 good paying jobs for every 1 the government "created"
enacku 8 months ago
@enacku Man just stop talking because you sound stupid. Go read a book on the great depression when you cut taxes when the nation has no money guess what you still suffer because there is no money coming into the system to pay down debt which means you don't have a job or the private market has to cut more jobs. Like i said you have to raise taxes as fucked up as it is because he have to pay down the debt and also cut stupid ass programs like the gas tax dumb ass.
NJNC12 8 months ago
@NJNC12 Nothing I have said is stupid, that's why you can't argue my points, just continue to name call like the nice socialist you are. I can find flaws in everything you say. Such as why raise taxes to pay off debt, how about don't create the debt in the first place? The trillion $ stimulus packages created only cause more debt with an interest rate attached. Why tax us more to pay for it? How about re-negotiate debt with our creditors?
enacku 8 months ago
@enacku so if you want me to break down whatever it is you're trying to say fine but say something other then stupid shit. Everyone wants to jump on the stimulus package Obama did fine go ahead i don't give a shit but jump on the same fucking package bush passed which was more and gave the rich more tax cuts. You cant re-negotiate with creditors when a whole fucking nation is low on cash. This isn't your fucking home loan. Bush raised the debt ceiling 5 times for a total of 4 trillion dollars.
NJNC12 8 months ago
@NJNC12 Why can't you re-negotiate? You tell them we don't have the money, lets change the terms so we both can manage. Raising taxes hurts the economy, you haven't said how it helps lol. You're confused, you went from saying raising taxes helps us get out of a recession which is moronic, to saying we need to raise taxes to pay off debt. Two completely different things....stick to one. I know what makes an economy strong and what makes it weak. Production and savings, not tax and spending.
enacku 8 months ago
@enacku Why do you think they are fighting over taxes you dumb ass its for paying off the fucking debt we have so yes that is the same think. you need to raise taxes to get us out of a recession so we can pay the fucking debt off. Debt equals wait for it wait for it A FUCKING recession. Big companies were spending and taking out loans from the FED when they didnt have the money to pay it back. Its what same fucking thing with our nation. we took to much shit from oversea nations.
NJNC12 8 months ago
@NJNC12 They are fighting over taxes because the FED gov wants to continue spending into oblivion, and won't make cuts they SHOULD. So they want their cake and to eat it too. (Tax and create strong economy) They don't care about spending cuts, but the taxes will remain for awhile. So fuck those big companies, let them restructure. Again the owner of my company makes over 250k, when I ask for a raise and he says sorry I just got taxed $25,000 more this year, should I praise people like you?
enacku 8 months ago
@enacku Nope don't praise me just cut back. we live above our means in this nation and we don't even care that we do. nice talking to you again.
NJNC12 8 months ago
@NJNC12 See ya.
enacku 8 months ago
@NJNC12 "Why do you think they are fighting over taxes you dumb ass its for paying off the fucking debt "
I hear you rambling on about facts, but you are extremely disillusioned. You do realize that the PRIVATELY OWNED Federal Reserve Banking system equates to perpetual debt right? There LITERALLY is no such thing as "paying off our debt."
The currency is printed by the Fed, then loaned to America at interest. And to pay off the interest we take another loan....at interest.
The Fed = Slavery!
OneHandHigh 8 months ago
@OneHandHigh Everyone is always talking about the FED right? Let me tell you how to fix this issue. STOP ASKING THEM FOR MONEY!!!!! They only have power if we keep taking fucking money. Do i like the FED fuck no i hate them and there is no reason for them but you have to understand the basic concept which is taking money. We still own them money and we will have to pay them no matter what so to start that pay back stop asking for money. Yes i seen the videos on youtube about them
NJNC12 8 months ago

Last post.
NJNC12 8 months ago
@enacku when you can hold a conversation with some facts then lets talk. I love debates but not bullshit.
NJNC12 8 months ago
@NJNC12 Don't tell me to cut back, tell the fed to cut back! We live beyond our means because they spend the borrowed money. Stop borrowing, I live within my means, my car is from 1999 with 183k miles on it, and my value of my currency which I hold and get paid in goes down cause the fed! Those are facts.
enacku 8 months ago
@enacku were was everyone then talking about packages in shit. everyone took that money and got acar, TV's and other stupid shit that didn't make a differences in the system. Obama package was had 300 million dollars of tax cuts in it for the Low & middle classes, Small businesses, and seniors which was the most tax cuts pass by a presidential in the history of the nation so what are you talking about. almost no one even knows that shit. We are already paying interest on the money bush spent

@enacku And to fix a fact that a stated Obama package had over 300 billion of tax cuts. I said millions
NJNC12 8 months ago
@enacku which added trillions of debt to the system. When you get into something like this you have to keep providing packages until the private markets can start to re-hire at mass amounts. That's what happen back in the 1930's so if you are not going to read about the pass please don't talking to me because you just dont have facts or real information.

Thesblah 8 months ago
@Thesblah
they are paying all the other taxes though, and when it comes to disposable income, the poor are hit disproportionately, because
