These mutilations are done by military personnel. The reason its being done is to strike fear into us, make us think we are under alien attack. This has been going on for a very, VERY long time.....most likely even before modern day record keeping started. Very bizarre......they are always done in the exact same way with the removal of the exact same organs, followed by blood draining.

The ones done to humans are done exactly in the same way as the ones performed on cows :(
