Netbooks are not meant for video chats, really slow but it's good for other things as long as you are not planning to open multiple programs at the same time.

I have one of these (It's what I'm using right now!), but the microphone is defective. Whatever you record with it is just static. Other than that and its 2hr battery life, this is a fantastic netbook!

Tip for if your buying computers dont buy from acer or e-machines or the Qpec Qpac whatever you call it each of those crap out in 6months-1year get like a dell or hp i have a dell inspiron 1545 had it for 1.1 year or so and it works great and upgraded it to windows 7 and it runs even better than vista and i even have the same processer the only down side tho the computer is the hard drive is 160 gigs i wish it was 250gigs but owell its still a fine computer.

The ACER Aspire One Netbook ROCKS and I'm using it to comment on youtube :).

However, there are two major problems: overheating and the touchpad (only when I rest my hands on it). Other than that, it's fine.

This thing was horrible for me. The sound card was corrupted from the start, speakers shorted out, it over heats like hell, it won't read my USB devices anymore, and when I tried it screwed up my iPod, and eventually the hard drive became Kentucky fried chicken.

Maybe I just have bad luck.

I download the ISO which is Ultimate 32 (it's illegal). Then, I extracted it to a 4GB USB flash drive. Then, I plugged in the USB flash drive. and installed Windows 7. The installation is really really easy!

it's really cool but instead i got the HP mini 311, and I love it! 250 gig hdd, 2 gigs of ddr3 ram, and an 11.6 inch screen! It also has the nvidia ion graphics platform and it can run cod4 (of course with an external disk drive) :p its amazing but is 450 canadian :s good review as usual tweeterman!
