I think this is the K5; Railway guns involved in Italy were two 28-cm K 5 (E)sthat that had originally been sent to Italy for shipment to Tunisia, that campaign ending before they could be shipped

Allied nicknamed them "Anzio Annie", (the other was hidden in tunnel not far from Albano on the main Rome to Nettuno railway line)

Pinned down Allied for 4 months; one is on display in Maryland
