@HBKFan4000 I would agree that coaching is a big reason on why he hasn't played up to par but the fact of the matter is that he needs to work on his decision making and accuracy, there are some throws that he just can't make because he lacks the touch on the pass.
Henne needs to be in a Steeler or Jet type offense. Ball contol, take a few big shots down field a game. He has all the tools. His decision making is fine. The team isn't that good is all.

That's because the o-line isn't making blocks and giving Henne enough time to go through his progressions. Henne isn't an elite quarterback and probably never will be, but he's good enough to make the Dolphins a winning team with some experience. Give him one more year to prove that.

BUT statistically they are very similar (at least last season), actually Henne did slightly better. Saying he is surrounded by talent isn't exactly true, Our running game was nothing compared to the prevous season, possibly due to our Oline, both of them you mentioned were high in talent. Our oline was beat up and constantly changing.
when marino was here they had a passing game but no running game. when fiedler came they had a great D and running game but no passing game.

I'm confident that Cam Wake will take Porters spot, I'm not sure about what to do with JT.
