  • Walter is fibbing in one of his replies. At 1:20, when asked if he sang, the answer was no, but he was a classically trained baritone, having trained at the New England Conservatory of Music. He even released some 78rpm records in the 20s. He had a great voice. A local boy who did good!

  • What a RICH DELICIOUS voice!! I have always LOVED Walter Pidgeon's voice and remember him in the Rodgers & Hammerstein's "Cinderella" as the King. That describes his voice perfectly-ROYAL!! :-)
