Along with the fact that he wears special glasses which due to the lens size, the shadow of the lens hides his true eye color. That's why nobody notices the blue eyes. @Freshstyles00 they're filming in Romania because warner brothers gave them a larger budget for the batcaves look. they scouted locations for monthes and now they want to use the salt mines in Romania. it has nothing to do with ras al gul. this is simply happenstance maybe if they release any more info about romania it'll be a coincidence but if they cast talia then sure but right now i wouldn't think much of it sinc bane is the focus.
