Google image search ^^ put the size of 1080 x 1920 to it and search Tifa. That's the way I found it =)

That image is part of the promotional character images Square-Enix released for FFVII's 10th anniversary, basically ook the CGI rendered characters styles from Advent Children and put them in their original FFVII game costumes
