  • Thanks to all those in the tent -- including the vedor -- who gave us shelter and kept the tent in place! This was a crazy storm!

  • About 2 minutes before this storm hit, I bought two t-shirts from this vendor. He looked at me and said " Did you notice the temperature drop suddenly???? We are gonna have a big storm here! I'm from Chicago & see this all the time with the wind changes off the lake. We're gonna have a big storm." I thanked him & went on my merry way! Once his prediction came true, I was back at my camp with my 3 buddies holding down our pop-up and tarp. Lightning striking all around, Hail the size of dimes.....
