looks like a fawkin sick motor man. but it looks like you got some carb adjustment to be done since those headers are glowing within a few minutes of running.too much fuels goin and and not being used and is getting burt in the exhaustttt.

That's because it's running way too lean or the timing is way too retarded. Usually happens when you leave the vacuum advance hooked up when you set the timing.

it is a 454 bored .100 over. Has alot of bore so half of the black is filled with concrete to give it stability.
