there are groups you can go to on bases and there are also online chats that people use to talk to other military wives. I know its hard my girl friend was going through the same thing like everyone else. It's better to be with other that know what you are going through. When i got home doing my tour the only thing we did was just hold each other. Your husband will be in my prays and i mean that with my heart.
