Wow I'll have to admit, first seeing you in the robe sitting there speaking as if you knew something made me want to tell you to go and put some clothes on so I can take you serious. Then as I just let it play on, I was learning something more interesting than just simply how the video appears visually. I've been living more genuine and responding more with choice lately in life. Another good way to diminish the ego is to do lots of drugs. It's also a good way to let go of your performance.

I would counter that the ego is something that requires self discipline. It does want what is good for you in many cases ( when it is not being fooled ).
