I believe that the composer was King Henry the 8th. He wrote a number of songs, being quite musical. He also is said to have written Greensleeves and Pasttime with Good Company, among many others.

The title is Early One Morning. There are so many people who made the song diffrently,so I don't know the actual composer..and I forgot the full lyrics. I haven't sung it in choir in like 2 weeks. I'm sorry. :/
